They do not act decently in terms of paying for the platform. The child finished his studies, asked to block the platform during the summer holidays so that money would not be withdrawn, they did not block it on time, after a couple of days they did it. September came and we changed our mind about continuing to study, there was money left on the balance sheet. I asked to return it, they said no, it is not provided for in the contract.... Before the summer holidays, they offered to either block or refund the money. And in September, it is no longer provided for by the contract. And the platform is all flawed, pictures do not fit on the phone, work is not provided on the computer with a mouse, and all pictures do not fit on a tablet up to 10 inches. There is only one torment with homework.
