And IT STARTED: they bring broken glasses, then they can't remove the "wipers". After offering to come and do some of the work for them, for which they will take money from me, I arrived in the afternoon and took the car.
At the same time, he faced incredible INCOMPETENCE and ARROGANCE.
P.s. the glass was replaced in another organization, everything was removed and installed without problems, the waiting time is 1 hour.

I was changing a broken windshield.
The impressions are ambivalent.
On the one hand, it was done correctly.
They opened it. They explained why the glass burst (corrosion at the corners). A big plus is that they had to treat the corrosion sites. They have never been offered in other places. Processed.
They put up the glass. Everything seems to be smooth, everything is fine. After that, they explained the features of operation in the first three days. Respect for the quality of the installation.
In terms of cost, everything is fine!
Now about the disadvantages.
There is no protection of the chairs from contamination during operation.
It's good that the seats are leatherette, wiped and drove. If the seats were made of cloth, please go to the dry cleaners. And clothes too. It's the same with the front panel.
The glass was treated properly before installation, which is a plus. But why wasn't it wiped after installation? The marks on the glass from the suction cups on the outside remained.
You can make a discount on the partner's small work experience, it was clearly visible that one of the guys was knowledgeable and experienced, and he was in great demand for several cars, the second clearly lacked experience and skills.
Since I periodically maintain the car myself, I turned a blind eye to the shortcomings. But for an ordinary owner, the disadvantages are clearly not small.

It is a pity that the assortment is only Russian, even there were no Chinese glasses.

In another service, it turned out that these guys could not unscrew the janitor's leash and simply tore off the bolt. I didn't have the courage to call and tell about it, and that's why they came up with a story about a canceled order for glass.

Excellent service! Smart, calm guys, the administrator is correct, polite, honest and executive. The glass was replaced perfectly, on time. A small unpleasant moment was that after the replacement, the rain sensor stopped working (the car is far from new, 2001), the guys did not "disown" me (as happens in most services), but found and replaced the sensor for me at their own expense.

Faced with terrible unprofessionalism.
Before selling his car - Kia Sportage 2018, he turned to this so-called service to replace the windshield.
The next day I arrived and picked up the car.
As it turned out, about an hour later: 1. The machine stopped responding to pressing the buttons on the keys.
2. The central locking stopped working.
3. The rain sensor has stopped working.
4. The fogging sensor has stopped working.
5. The light in the cabin stopped responding to the opening of the doors.
6. The music also stopped turning off when you leave the car.
And then I realized that they hadn't given me any check.
I called this service, I say, they say, anyway, you didn't give me a check and there are problems with the car. In response: we can't give you a check today for some reason, come tomorrow for a check.
The next day, they gave me a check and said if there were papers stating that it was their fault, they would sort it out and reimburse me.
I drove the car to an official dealer. The car stood for a day at the KIA Center on Independence for diagnostics, he left by taxi. And the child is engaged in sports, you need to drive a lot, there is no way without a car, you also had to take a taxi - all thanks to the service in quotes.
At the end of the day, I was informed that when replacing the glass, the wires were cut, a short circuit occurred, most likely some kind of control unit was covered, duct tapes were somehow clumsily wound. The dealer's representative showed a photo that even the wires do not reach each other under the duct tape.
They said that they would still need to bring the car for the day, they would throw up blocks, look for what exactly was faulty. The next record is in ten days," the dealer said.
I repeat that I changed the glass to sell the car, there was already an agreement with the buyer for a certain day. In general, the Buyer did not wait for my car, with the shoals that appeared thanks to the "service".
Naturally, I was upset because of this, because I couldn't sell the car for six months..... after all, the cost of a car is not for everyone.
After visiting the dealer again (again a day without a car, taxi, etc.),
the dealer was pleased, said they found non-working blocks, opened them and were able to fix them.
They said that they were very lucky, blocks are usually replaced.
They got off easy, only 300 bel.rub.
I came to this "service", wrote an application for the amount of 300 rubles + at least 50 rubles for a taxi, which I gave for 4 trips to the dealer.
I think I will no longer demand for lost time, a lost buyer for a car, for having to take a taxi with my daughter for 2 days, etc.
They said the director would consider the application
We'll call you on Tuesday.
There is silence on Tuesday .
I'm calling them, they say the director is ill, we'll call you next Tuesday.
The director calls again on Tuesday, says I'm sick, but next Tuesday we'll solve everything 100% positively, don't worry.
Tuesday passed, they didn't call back.
I dialed another day. They said we'll call you back.
The director called back, said... come.
I arrived - there is no director, and they offer me 300 rubles. Instead of 350 rubles.
And he said: we will decide positively!
50 rubles were squeezed, although I suffered much greater losses due to their mercy.
I refused the money.
I say: give me the director's number. They say he has a day off, we won't give him... he'll call you himself on Monday.
What do you think he called? No!!!!
It's not about money, that is, 50 rubles.
It's a matter of principle. The director said: we will decide positively.
Well, if they do not feel guilty and 50 rubles solve everything, then I will go to court and it will cost them more and more. After all, all the certificates have been received from the dealer. The culprit of the incident is also known.... "SERVICE"
I do not recommend it, not because of problems with the refund. No.
And because of the following……
Imagine: you have the perfect car. Where everything works. The car is only 3 years old and here.... They change the glass for you, and off you go.
