A very nice hotel, albeit a small one. Everything is clean, fresh modern renovation, pleasant staff. The room is small, but comfortable enough. Cleaning was done daily. There are small nuances in the rooms in the form of stains on the chair, but not critical. The location is convenient, in the courtyard, not by the road, it is possible to sleep with the window open. The breakfasts are simply excellent, varied and delicious, you can find something to eat for every taste, there are fruits, nuts, dried fruits, national sweets. The restaurant at the hotel was closed during our stay.
There is a nice big teahouse next to the hotel with a large menu. To get to the city center and back without any problems, Yandex taxi is a mere penny.

Nice hotel.
We are staying there for the second time.
The staff is very friendly, they always try to help you.
Good breakfasts, no frills, but it's enough to recharge in the morning.
The rooms are quite spacious, although the second time I stayed in a room with a sofa, so the bathroom is, of course, too small. When you sit on the toilet, you rest against the sink)
Everything is fine with the pool and saunas. After a day out, it's nice to swim in the pool and warm up in the sauna. For this, it's a big plus, which is why we came for the second time.

We arrived and settled in quickly . The rooms are great, shampoo, towel, bathrobes are all right. The bathroom is small, but clean. Toothbrushes , razors are provided . In the morning, breakfast for such a hotel just sucks. Three pieces of apple , three pieces of tangerine , expired sausage , the coffee machine didn 't really work , milk is taken out if only you ask , some cold scrambled eggs are not tasty , so they are hot . Sausage , scrambled eggs, stale bread , not many tomatoes and cucumbers , powdered yogurt , but you will not stay hungry . In general, the food is 3 with a minus . It takes 20-30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. There are shops nearby, but only without alcohol . Finding algocol beer, for example, is a terrible problem, in a hotel, even in a bar, you can't buy anything from alcohol (well, it doesn't matter, although I brought the information to you). The hotels have a spa : sauna, swimming pool from 11 am. A good complex . At the entrance to any hotel there are at least mini candies , not in this one . The service is excellent, good, clean , hospitable. Well done. Fly to the hotel, arrived - took a SIM card - ordered a taxi to Maxwell hotel only via Yandex taxi!!!!!! We exchanged 100 bucks at the airport and gave an acceptable price to the taxi driver! If you take these ...... taxi taxi taxi .... Aah, let's go cheaper..... ooo cheaper brother cheaper -- overpay three times. Keep in mind only Yandex taxi! And you will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality! We will come again and hope everything will get better with breakfast!!!!

The most excellent hotel. During the trip to Uzbekistan, we lived in 3 hotels, Maxwell is the best. The freshest cozy modern renovation, an indoor swimming pool, the staff are great, they are trying very hard, the service is at a high level!

The hotel itself is nice, clean, cozy, newly renovated.
Breakfasts suffer, but perhaps this is normal for this level of hotel. I take off one star for this.
There was not enough porridge on the first day, it ran out. On the second day, there was porridge again, but it was so sweet that it was impossible to eat it.
The staff in the kitchen is a little confused.

The photo is not a hostel at all, but a hotel and spa. In the hostel, the whole charm begins after you give money to the administrator for accommodation - immediately the person changes from friendly turns into a boor of pure water, after you make claims (any), a precinct officer appears who begins to intimidate. This scenario did not work with me, I know the law and my rights too well. But the money was not returned, the district police officer sat and was silent, or rather mumbled something - You can go to court. In general, if you do not want to spoil your mood, I do not advise you to go to this place.

Pros: the presence of a swimming pool, fresh renovation, good furniture in the rooms, no problems with cleaning, the breakfast is edible, but modest.
Cons: the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable, you will constantly run into something. The staff does not understand their duties and tasks well, there may be no dishes or food at breakfast, they begin to move after a remark, they immediately take it out of the kitchen, but the food is already cold.

Отель супер. Крытый бассейн, сауна - высший класс. Дизайн отеля очень вдохновляет. Шикарные завтраки. Отзывчивый персонал. Подкачала лишь эргономика в санузлах в номерах, неудобное расположение раковины и унитаза, людям в теле вообще было бы не протиснуться. И хочется пожелать на летний период вынести несколько шезлонгов во внутренний двор, чтоб была возможность позагорать желающим. И было бы хорошо, если б была возможность сделать массаж на месте.

Чистые номера, все нужные принадлежности, добрый и отзывчивый персонал, завтрак просто супер, бассейн, хамам, и сауна отличные! Вернемся еще раз! Крайне порадовала администрация отеля, нам устроили великолепный праздник, в день вашего рождения нас ожидал приятный сюрприз, такое не забывается, спасибо большое отелю и администрации! Очень понравилось, что при заселении нам показали полностью отель, бассейн, ресторан, где находится наш номер, супер сопровождение! Мы классно провели время!
Единственный момент, который немного подпортил впечатление от пребывания, заключался в том, что посередине отдыха нас потревожили разборками, связанными с М и Ж заселением, и что вдвоём теперь находиться нельзя, пришлось доказывать (и везти паспорт из дома, находившегося довольно далеко), что у нас паспорта другой страны, хотя сначала заселили в номер, дали расположиться, а потом довольно настойчиво требовали пройти в ресепшен посередине нашего отдыха и разбираться с этим. Хотя предварительно по телефону мы уточнили этот момент, нам ответили, что все будет в порядке. Ну что ж, бывает. Зато сделали классный сюрприз, который всё изгладил.
В целом пребывание в этом отеле обернулось для нас супер положительным, несмотря на некие недопонимания, которые возникли в начале. Очень вкусный завтрак и приветливый персонал.

A very cozy hotel with a nice pool! Everything is very clean and from the heart! It is clear that caring people are working. But it's a long way from the center, 20 minutes by taxi. It wasn't a problem for us. I definitely recommend it!

Прекрасное соотношение цена \ качество. Питание выше всяких похвал. Очень вкусно готовят, завтраки большой выбор и вкусный. Приятный персонал. Очень чисто, гостиница новая, персонал очень услужливый. Комнаты большие. Приезжаем второй раз. Рекомендую. Большое спасибо персоналу.

The hotel is new, according to the staff, it was put into operation in November 2022. We stayed in a suite (the cost per day is 1.050,000 UZB sum). But in the ricepshin they suggested that if I booked through booking, then the rooms are much cheaper depending on your class on this site.
The hotel is located behind the Havas supermarket. Yandex taxi delivered us to the address I indicated correctly.
As for the suite itself. The room has everything from slippers to a bathrobe. The interior is naturally new, smart TVs. The restroom has all the hygiene supplies. There is an indoor swimming pool in the basement. There is also a Turkish steam hammam in the basement and a Finnish sauna next to it. The restaurant itself is not 100% open yet, but breakfast is available. Just on Saturday in the restaurant itself, when we were still able to have dinner, the hotel administration hired a chef from Turkey. I think that the restaurant has already started its activity completely). Standard room for 1 person 550.000 UZB sum.
And most importantly, I asked the receptionist about the price list for foreigners, but to my surprise they told me that the prices are the same as for citizens of Uzbekistan.

Very nice hotel, not near the road, quiet even with the windows open. Fresh renovation, cool pool, attentive staff. Of the advantages, there is also a restaurant, you do not need to go out for lunch or dinner if you want. Good hearty breakfasts, a large selection.

Классный отель, всё новое и сделано довольно стильно. Сервис отличный, уборка каждый день. Шикарный бассейн и сауна.
Расположен далековато от центра, ездили на такси минимум по 20 минут. Поэтому и доступная цена при высоком уровне исполнения

Заехали в этот отель ночью, разместили оперативно. Номер очень чистый, туалетная комната и душевая оборудована новейшей сантехникой, есть абсолютно все наборы личной гигиены. Очень хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Приятный и вежливый персонал . Завтраки вкуснейшие , так как мы кофеманы , насладились отличным капучино и американо. Приятно удивило SPA в этом отеле. Теплый бассейн, плавая в котором после финской бани или хамам , можно смотреть фильмы на огромном экране. Ну, а если вы с детьми, им включат мультфильмы . Однозначно, рекомендуем этот отель гостям города!

Чисто, хорошая кровать, есть чайник, чашки и чайные пакетики, холодильник, хороший бассейн- работает до 23.00( очень приятно после прогулки по жаре поплавать в бассейне), хороший хамам и сауна. Достойный завтрак, не очень близко от центра, минут 15 до метро, но такси дешевое

Замечательный отель, жаль, что находится в скромном районе. Обслуживание европейского качества. Уютные комфортные номера. Логотип "Maxwell" на всём, придаёт люксовость. Вежливые администраторы быстро решают вопросы с заселением. Бассейн, баня вне конкуренции. Ресторан и завтраки на 5+

Прекрасное место, удобное расположение
Все новое, есть прекрасная зона спа, жил 4 дня, завтрак вкусный, убирают хорошо, минусов не нашёл, до центра мин 10-14 на такси, хороший дизайн номеров, рекомендую.

Достойный бОльших звезд чем 3 отель. Соответствуем требованиям самых требовательных постояльцев. Разнообразные сытные завтраки, не маленький бассейн с сауной и хамамом - это то немногое, что было по душе в этом отеле. Также большое спасибо персоналу за отзывчивость и внимание к гостям.

The hotel is a disappointment. Very far from the center, take a taxi through the industrial zone. We came to Uzbekistan to make a bank card. But the registration provided by this hotel was not accepted at the bank, a lot of wasted time. The room has an unbearable smell of cigarettes from the next room, the hood works like that. The pool, where they planned to relax in the evening, is muddy, you can't even see the bottom. Plus, local elderly men came from the street, as they introduced themselves - the builders who work nearby come to relax at this hotel in the evening. They are sociable and friendly, but we were not ready that they would start jumping into the pool right from the entrance, without even washing up, and also actively get to know each other. The hammam does not work. There was no water in the room, I called the reception with a request, but they refused me. They said that the water was paid, and they didn't even bring it. The view from the window to the neighboring house is quite noisy from the street.
In short, of all the hotels that we visited in Tashkent, this is the saddest.

Отель очень хороший, есть басейнн, сауны. Номера в отеле очень хорошие чистые, с телевизорвми и кондиционерами. Завтрак выше всяких похвал. Столько всего, что не всё успели попробовать. Единственный минус расположение отеля. Очень далеко от центра и сам район не понравился, грязно на улицах. Но и цена в этом отеле не высокая за тот сервис который они предоставляют.
