We had a vacation with my wife in early March. I had two impressions. On the one hand, everything is very good - a beautiful beach, infrastructure, delicious and very varied food in several restaurants on site, its own magnificent bakery, pastry shop and chocolatier, attentive butlers who are very convenient to interact with through the hotel's own application and at the same time there are moments that are unpleasantly upset, which you definitely do not expect to meet in 5*. The old, as they say, "tired" renovation in the room, dead batteries in the remotes, a deformed mattress, weak water pressure. We were also upset about the lack of bike rentals, but this is a modern story related to the repair of bike paths.

As they say, I would like to leave my feedback about my stay at the Maxx Royal Belek Hotel. Tourists usually write reviews when they don't like something. But this is just another case - I liked almost everything. It makes no sense to describe in detail all the advantages of this hotel: - spacious rooms from 80 square meters and all of them are of the "Suite" category; - wonderful and varied cuisine and a large number of restaurants, bars and cafes, - able to satisfy the most refined gourmet; - outdoor and indoor pools with ordinary and sea water; - a beach area with waiters who promptly provide guests with drinks and snacks for every taste. All this is present and you can read about it in any advertising brochure. But the main incentive that prompted me to write this review is the attitude of the staff towards their work. We don't know about other hotels, but Maxx Royal Belek has implemented the Maxx Royal Belek assistants personal assistant system, the meaning of which is that each hotel guest is assigned a personal manager who accompanies you throughout your life at the hotel. And now - the most important thing. As everywhere else, the so-called "human factor" plays a decisive role in any business. As a person treats his duties, a general conclusion is drawn in relation to this case. We were very lucky that we had a personal assistant named Islam Omer Yasaroglu, who took care of us as small children. Upon arrival, he escorted us to our room and told us in great detail about the device of all the devices and the capabilities, so to speak, of our "smart Suite". Then he always promptly helped to solve various issues, including the problem with the Internet. And here is a small nuance that characterizes the attitude of Islam towards its cause. The spouse in one of the photos of the hotel guests saw a cocktail served in a whole fresh pineapple. We asked Islam a corresponding question, who replied that there was no such cocktail on the menu at the moment, but he would be able to ask to make such a personal cocktail for us, which was done. We believe that such a conscientious attitude of Islam to its business greatly contributes to a significant increase in the reputation of Maxx Royal Belek among hotel guests, including potential ones. We would like to draw the attention of the hotel management to this employee and ask for his encouragement and promotion. We are very pleased with our stay at Maxx Royal Belek and wish the hotel continued prosperity and Islam success in his career. The only wish is to think about the so-called "merch", so that the guests of the hotel take home not only wonderful memories, but also small souvenirs with the symbols of Maxx Royal Belek.

We had a rest from January 5 to January 9, 2025. While the memories are fresh, I'll share my opinion. The hotel has clearly not been in the luxury segment for a long time. Yes, the staff is trying, the assistants are taking all the blows. And they're trying to fix everything. But this is impossible, the hotel has been in need of major repairs for a long time. The rooms are just awful old, the stink from the pipes in the bathroom, we lived on the ground floor, and since the air conditioner doesn't work in the off season, we opened a little balcony. That's how we woke up at night to the fact that a cat with kittens came into the room. Cats in the hotel need to be dealt with and cared for somehow. There are some ugly cats that make you feel sick.The appetite for breakfast immediately disappears when a mangy cat comes up to you after a slaughter in blood and saliva. Plus, cats mark the territory and it gives off a smell (as if the hotel is saturated with it, especially the area where restaurants and verandas are open. The spa is just terrible (dirt, old furniture, everything is in strange bottles at the juice bar, I didn't want to drink juice. There is one small outdoor pool on the street, which still needs to be reached (there was a big check-in on the holiday, and there were few staff, and it is clear that they simply did not have enough for the number of guests. Parties and their design seem to be from the 2000s. It is unclear why such strong alcohol and cocktails are strong, but 4 types of champagne are not tasty and cheap, one is lambrusco. The food is excellent, there is a large selection of everything, there is even a corner of Russian cuisine. There is a huge pastry shop and an area with handmade ice cream and chocolate. I couldn't appreciate it, because I don't eat sweets. But everything looks very nice and appetizing. We went to a Gala dinner in honor of Christmas, and I didn't like the food there at all. Just an oyster, and a set of Russian salads) There is a strong sports concept in the hotel, there are golf courses where you can walk around for days. But if you want to take coffee with you, then the hotel has an eco-concept and they won't even give you a disposable paper cup, you need to ask for everything through an assistant) they brought it at the end of the rest, and it's without lids) And also with cosmetics, there are cans with dispensers in the premium hotel. It is beneficial to bring savings under the eco concept) Of course, the service immediately improved when the people left. The hotel may have been posh once. But we need to close on time for renovation. Old age and mustiness cannot be removed and the service cannot be adjusted. I definitely have no desire to return to this hotel. One of the advantages is the free face-to-face track at the airport. I love Turkey dearly, I've been to many premium hotels and this one turned out to be the worst. Unfortunately, perhaps when our expectations are too high, disappointment sets in. I am in favor of an honest review, so that people know what they can meet in a luxury hotel.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. I've stayed many times. A hotel whose vision shapes most other hotels, and whose employees want to be transferred by other hotels. The food and drink are very good. There are many areas for children, kids club i, dinosaur park. The best quality of service for adults is from rare hotels where you won't hear anything about there being none. To breathe in such a hotel is a real fairy tale! The staff is always kind and positive! Everything in the rooms is not really comfortable and beautiful, mini bar with soda, soft beds, toilet, etc. The territory of the hotel is just huge, but I was able to visit almost everywhere, Maxy Land, Dino Park, and not far from the hotel there is a football, basketball and tennis field, and much more (probably). The food is very tasty, and besides that there are a lot of different cuisines, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and others. It's funny that there's a swimming pool outside, and besides that, it's also warm (and if you go to the sea before that, it's generally boiling water!). There is also a swimming pool inside the hotel, but it is much larger than outside, besides the pool, there is also a children's pool and a Jacuzzi :), + a bar with fresh juices. I strongly recommend everyone to visit this luxury hotel with the whole family!

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was the second time: a gorgeous room, excellent service, excellent food, 4 a la carte restaurants with a good selection, a decent communal restaurant. And the best thing is, it's a kids' club: you can leave a child for the whole day, classes are held from morning to night, children don't rush by themselves, it looks like a summer camp. Oh, where do I start, friends? I returned from the Maxx Royal Belek Hotel, and I still feel euphoric, like after the fifth Shake for Samet cocktail! It's a great hotel, just great! If I were sultan, I would settle my entire harem here (well, if I had one, of course). Service? Magnificent! The staff smiles as if they have the golden key to paradise in their pocket. The tray of drinks arrives before you have time to think, "Why don't I get something to drink?". Cocktails are a separate song. The bartenders here obviously know how to make your evening unforgettable. Food? Tastier than my grandmother's (sorry, Grandma!). Restaurants, buffet, snacks — everything is at the highest level. I ate like there was an apocalypse tomorrow. But, friends, there is one "but". The hotel is, of course, a little tired. Like I did after a bar marathon. Somewhere the paint is peeling, somewhere the furniture is worn. Pools are a fire, a hammam is just a fairy tale, but these minor flaws are striking. It's like a supermodel in a slightly worn dress. In general, Maxx Royal Belek is like an old friend who is always happy to see you, but who needs to update his wardrobe. If you close your eyes to minor flaws, then this is an ideal place to relax, where you will be fed, watered and pampered like a king. I'll be back here, but I hope that by then the hotel will "get in shape" a little. P.S. If you see Ali's bartender, give him my regards and order a Mojito cocktail. He knows how to make it! 😉

A super hotel. Excellent service, personal assistant responds very quickly to all requests. Friendly staff. Cleaning and replenishment of the minibar is prompt. We left for breakfast, came back, and the room was already clean. Premium alcohol in bars, snacks and fruits are constantly brought by the pool. The food is above all praise, the pastry shop with a wide assortment, the eyes run away, you don't know what to take))) There is a large selection on the buffet, and there is even a Russian corner with dumplings, pancakes and red caviar. We upgraded the room and we lived in a gorgeous two-story three-room suite with individual access to the pool. Special thanks to the staff for this.

We already know what a problem it is to feed her... So our assistant Valeria also relieved us of all the problems with her daughter's nutrition - every day they cooked for her not only what she could, but also very tasty! And fresh lamb soup, grilled quail, and a burger, etc. The variety of dishes in the main restaurant was impressive, there was a lot of meat and fish. For absolutely every taste, everything is very beautiful and delicious. Different cuisines of the world. The assortment is constantly changing, it's just not realistic to try everything! I liked the Italian restaurant, which is also included in the concept - everything that we had time to try was very tasty and the waiters were super positive. Plus a fancy pastry shop in the bar. The coastal area with sand itself is small and gray, but I was impressed by the beach area with gorgeous, very green grass. There are wooden sun beds with umbrellas, and a mini-cooler with water. I'm already silent about the waiters who appeared wherever you sat down)) There is a QR code with the bar menu on umbrellas and tables everywhere - it is convenient to choose and order. Separately, the Maxi Land children's club should be noted. It's a fairy tale! They couldn't get my daughter out)) First of all, wonderful animators, all funny and super friendly. Secondly, the equipment! There are a lot of things there: a room with slot machines, a huge climbing area, two cinema halls. There are game rooms for different ages with lots of interesting toys and a separate exit to the playground, where, again, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for this age. It was also a great idea that the child himself would not be able to get out of there. The room has everything you need, towels are changed twice a day. We have always been very well cleaned, the plumbing is spotlessly clean. Those who like to mess around are likely to say that the hotel is no longer new.. yes, if you search, you can find places where the wall is not aligned under the wallpaper, a chipped tile or a hole in the baseboard. But it is clear that the hotel is slowly being renovated. Our room was fresh, and it was being renovated nearby (by the way, we saw building materials and people, but we couldn't hear the repair itself). And so, it's always quiet. And we will return here with great pleasure, and we advise everyone. You won't regret it :))

Before that, we were on a voyage and this time we decided to go to Max. In general, 8 out of 10 in terms of price - quality ratio. I'll start with the cons: upon arrival, the Cleaning was disgusting, everything was covered in dust and dirt, some kind of gel with aloe stood out of the trash. To be honest, we decided that it was someone who left his before us and did not throw it away.... It's disgusting. After the complaint, they cleaned up. We were not offered any pillow menu, there were 4 flavors to choose from for the rooms, one was completely empty out of three, but no one sprayed anything, there was no smell. What else was very unpleasant: sparkling wines((( Upon arrival, they brought 2 glasses, so I immediately spat right into the Glass... These slops are impossible to drink, I asked what kind of filth it was, Cavicchiolli said. Then we drank a little more decent henkel and chandon Argentina. But, you must agree that it is strange to drink sparkling wine of this level when cognac costs XO decent. In the same only open neighboring hotel, one level below, and even then, upon arrival, the widow Clicquot... Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, a la carte are all great, apart from minor flaws...And the steakhouse is forever in my memory, the best steaks in my life, honestly!!! Fu-gras is just a flight of fancy!!! The confectionery and chocolatier are much worse than in the same voyage. I just haven't eaten a single piece of candy in its entirety, everything is disgusting. The children didn't eat either, although in the same Voyage we just ate them. The only thing that is better in them at max is the choice of lukum and baklava. Chocolateria is a small and specific choice. In the pastry shop, I called the pastry chef several times, since San Sebastian was just overexposed... Cocktails are how they do it, it seems that they do not have those cards. There are 2 bartenders in the lobby bar: the Emir and the girl, I forgot her name, here they are fire!!!! The best bartenders, from God!!! The kids' club is beyond praise!!!!! Separately, I would like to note the cosmetics in the room, they are beautiful, but the large bottles are confusing, I always disdain, since I do not know who used them before me and what they did with it. Well, thanks a lot to our assistant Kristina, if it weren't for her, the rest would have been ruined on many issues, she's just a fairy who smoothed out all the joints of the hotel. Despite all the disadvantages, so far this hotel is the best in terms of service!!!! And we will come back anyway, but we would really like to draw attention to the shortcomings.

We really liked our assistants, their full involvement in our vacation, and any question or request was handled quickly and with a five-plus. Zarina is also an incredible beauty! As newlyweds, we were given romantic treats and keepsakes. Thank you so much! The territory, public spaces, rooms-everything is beautiful, clean and cozy. By the way, I do not agree that the hotel is tired. I am impressed by the a la carte nutrition system without making an appointment for all meals. I didn't have enough good sparkling wine (as much as the choice of strong alcohol is excellent, the wine list is not very good). And more was expected from the evening animation, mostly it was a rehash of world hits in different interpretations for several concerts per day. She was only attracted by evening themed parties in Tangerine with a good dance group and a DJ. If to Turkey, then now only to Max! We were satisfied with the rest and already miss you)

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. Immediately after our arrival, we were very hospitably welcomed, treated with red caviar and everything our hearts desire. We were put in a room a little to the side of the center, but there was a view of the sea. The weather is wonderful to sleep with the window open. But at night it turned out that some kind of substation was working at full power in the neighboring building and there was a strong hum, as if you were on the runway. The result is a sleepless night and a headache. But! After our request, we were immediately moved to another one! Customer orientation at the level of. Next, about the food. This is a separate ode- a huge selection, different cuisines (Russian, Korean, European), I counted 17 types of olives/olives alone! Steaks that are cooked in front of you, fish, squid, octopus, crabs. There are always all kinds of fruits, fresh fruits of any kind, including pomegranate and kiwi. It was very difficult to live in this 4 days :) There is a well-equipped gym, a spa (surprised only by the cool Jacuzzi) with saunas. Evening program with live music. A separate respect to the service near the pools and the sea - it didn't work out at all, the caring girl on the segway seemed to set out to familiarize me with the entire alcoholic menu of the hotel :)) Well, the icing on the cake is the CIP pass at the airport. It took exactly 5 minutes from getting out of the taxi to Duty Free. To summarize, I highly recommend going there, by the way, there are also a lot of things for children, and for the most athletic, there are huge, gorgeous golf courses. Thanks to the hotel, thanks to the staff - we had a great weekend (by the way, there's a mirror in the room above the bed :)))

This is Heaven on Earth! If you're with children, you're welcome here. It's a great kids' club. The children don't want to leave. The best aviation park for children, I compare it with Max in Kemer and NG Fazelim and the new fleet in Titanic Deluxe. Laser tag 2-storey, dinoland, rope town. We arrived at night on our first visit. They greeted us like family, took us to the room, told us everything, showed us. A blue bathrobe was prepared for the child. When they realized that we had a girl in us, they immediately changed to pink. A set for children with a rubber duck was waiting for her in the bathroom. When we left the hotel, we were presented with a personal book with a story about how our girl rested. Everything is at the highest level!!! If you are going to go without children, go to Maks in Kemer. It's also a super kids' club. Our girl was entertained by three babysitters. They were putting me to bed. It was great. But the two of us are very happy there and there are not as many children as in Belek, the restaurants are great. A bathtub with a view of the surroundings…

Everything is focused on a carefree vacation and without problems starting from arrival. Wonderful staff, everywhere. We were in March, we liked the hotel as a whole, we had a very good rest with my husband and children! there are nuances, as there is something to compare it with) In some places, the hotel is shabby, the juices are not freshly squeezed, as if mixed with ordinary juice or water. The room was not always cleaned properly : there are 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom has not been washed, the minibar has not been updated. When you ask, they do it all at once. The kids enjoyed spending time at Maxi land, which is a plus) And I didn't like one of the assistants at all: Anne Boleyn is very unsympathetic and doesn't seem to treat Russian-speaking guests very well. They asked to show a certain number, they asked in person and were refused, she said that all the rooms were booked (in March, yeah) and when she duplicated the request in the application, 8 minutes later we were already standing at the entrance to the room) but this is not the whole staff, basically everyone is very open and polite! Anyway, we had a good time! It's just that the service could be better)

Three huge advantages: the scale of the hotel itself , the stunning spacious room - with a non-real view ( we had the 4th floor , the middle , the sea view ) . Delicious food , quantity and quality of dishes , drinks , cocktails . I liked the fast track service, the girls' assistants are great, the staff is attentive, the service is great. Overall, we really, really liked it! Of the shortcomings , I would like to note : it is noticeable that the architecture of the hotel is already outdated , and that the hotel is not new , it requires cosmetic updates , the addition of modern details and buns . You can't look at Dino Park without crying ( it requires restoration and in general this dinosaur theme is the last century )... and I didn 't like cosmetics ( gel , cream , shampoo , balm ) .

This is a great hotel! Every year we come with the children for 3 weeks. The choice fell on this hotel because my child has food allergies, and our vacation is usually in apartments. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily for the child at this hotel. There are gluten-free products. This is the only hotel that treats its guests with such attention. In contrast, he is like a competitor of Regnum . If you are ready to spend money on Regnum, definitely choose Max Piano. They will never be rude to you here and will treat you with all their attention! I would especially like to mention the Max Assistants service. It 's just space . Osman is an incredibly attentive and responsible person. Each of our orders checks, explains all the subtleties and nuances to the chefs, who, by the way, are also very grateful for their attentive attitude . The best hotel! We come here every year with our parents. I really like the attitude of the staff . I have a lot of allergies and they prepare food for me here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is especially pleasant when a message arrives from the hotel the day before arrival that they are already waiting for us. I especially want to say a big thank you to our assistant Osman. He treats us very carefully and makes our vacation the best. Cool kids club . Lots of fun for my age. I also like that they bring chocolates to the room every evening.

We have been to this hotel 4 times already. And this time we were disappointed. Positive: 1 The hotel practically does not save on food (yes, the choice has become a little less, but you definitely will not stay hungry) 2 Cleaning 2 times a day 3 Free mini bar. 4 There are always free sun beds (sea, pools) 5 Good evening program Minuses: 1 Assistant worked poorly (all requests were fulfilled after a long time or were not fulfilled at all, the request for a meeting was ignored and even the next day our issue was not resolved in any way) 2 The waiters (with rare exceptions) pretend that they don't see you. Even a tip didn't solve the problem. 3 They did not change money at the reception at all (in the previous 3 trips there were no such problems at all) It seems to me that this is a lack of concern for the staff. This money would be used to encourage employees from us (it is not possible to withdraw small money from Russia at all now, they simply do not exist in exchangers) 4 Cleaners forget to put something down all the time (so no one controls them) 5 When leaving, they did not even bring a fruit plate (in previous arrivals, they always brought fruit and champagne) It seems to me that this attitude also characterizes (fruits are not expensive at all now and the hotel is full of them everywhere) 6 And in general, the cherry on the cake of our attitude to this hotel: at check-out, we did not even think to give our voucher for passage without waiting in line (baggage check-in, customs, VIP lounge Max Royal) We had to come back for him from the taxi ourselves. Conclusion: it is clear that the hotel management tries and does not save on guests (for this and 4 stars), but such staff spoils the whole impression of the hotel. Moreover, we know for sure that even in Covid, employees worked in a completely different way. He is definitely not worth the money he has paid for his vacation right now. Very sorry.
