We thought the villa was ultra all inclusive, but there were some weird moments. In the distance, but also on the territory of the hotel there is a separate children's club with a small town, the club has Russian-speaking animators, a dinopark (it would not hurt to repair it) on the territory of the dinopark there is also a rope park with trails of varying complexity. Even further away are villas and golf courses. There are a la carte restaurants near the hotel. By the sea there are beach loungers, a children's playground, a cafe. Service, room cleaning, service in cafes and restaurants are ideal. Many pleasant nuances for residents have been taken into account, up to the fact that upon departure at the airport, seats are provided in the business lounge, there is a Maxx royal sector, and the right to quickly pass through passport control. During the rest, all questions and requests of the guest are resolved in a chat with a personal assistant. This is a good hotel, many things are thought out and comfortable. But during our last stay (we were on May holidays, we lived in room 1401), we were very unpleasantly surprised by the cleaning. We were not careful enough to look under the bed) I found a hairpin (not my own) wrappers, matches and such a layer of dust that it is clear that it has not been cleaned for three months.. I hope this situation will improve. Before that, we always went to Barut Lara, because there was a great kids' club there, but it got worse over time, and we decided to raise the bar, so to speak, and, choosing between Max and Kulinan, we decided to go to Max, since Kulinan had complaints about the service reviews, and it seemed like a kids' club. it's better in Max. We stopped by perfectly, everything was quickly arranged, we were given a personal assistant, we liked the room, the family room was very comfortable, the five of us were perfectly accommodated, but immediately a surprise awaited us in the form of a half-eaten cake in the refrigerator of the minibar =) We chose the far building, as it is closer to the children's club, but in fact we did not go there very often, and it is better to choose a room with a sea view, at least the sun shines there during the day and you can fix it on the balcony if anything =) The room was cleaned twice a day, the minibar was replenished everything is in order, the beds are comfortable, there is a pillow menu. We mostly ate in a shared buffet restaurant, but if we didn't have time, we could go to the 24 ala kart restaurant, and in the afternoon we also went to the Turkish restaurant on Ala kart street. There are no special complaints about the food, in general, the choice of dishes is normal, there is a Russian corner, Turkish, Asian. But the service in the main restaurant caused a slight surprise: one waiter in a huge area obviously can not handle the cleaning of tables, drinks, etc. As a result, a lot of tables are not cleaned, you can wait for tea in the morning for half an hour, it's better to set up a zone with drinks so that you can pour them yourself. The champagne was brought warm and exhausted (despite the fact that it is not so good in itself, a bottle for 400 rubles is not serious for such a hotel) I asked for herbal tea, and they brought me such a decoction that it was simply impossible not to drink it. I asked for beef stroganoff in the Russian corner, they say come over in 5 minutes, the woman in front of me comes up and apparently takes my beautifully decorated stroganoff. I say where's mine, they say in 5 minutes, I answer so it's already passed, the cook says Aaaaa, takes a plate, puts the meat and gives it to me, I say where's the mashed potatoes and the rest, he says go there on the communal table and get yourself 😂😂😂 On the second or third day, the assistant asked how we were resting, I wrote to her, set up a meeting with the manager, discussed everything again, of course nothing changed, but decent champagne was brought to the room =) After listening to other vacationers, it became clear that almost everyone scribbles to their assistants all the time complaining about It's like this is a hotel policy =) This is the first time I've come across this, to be honest. So in summary, the service leaves much to be desired. The New Year's Eve dinner was normal, there were a lot of people, 700 people, some groups were singing, the holiday was from 19 to 2 a.m., but nothing particularly remarkable. There was no children's program at NG at all, so the children didn't even rush there. Then the belly dance began, and the satisfied men put money in the dancers' underpants, my wife was a little surprised =))) There was a great fireworks display and an interesting area with bonfires on the street, but there were a lot of people. The audibility in the rooms seemed normal at first, until the baby in the next room started crying in the morning, it was just very audible. We didn't like the kids' club at all, although there are a lot of animators, the room is large, there are all sorts of entertainers, but it doesn't feel like they are doing much with children. The eldest was happy to go play Laser Tag, and the youngest, when she passed, found herself either in the cinema or at the PS, although there were crafts on schedule. There is an area with slot machines inside the hotel, but of course they are all already patched up, but you can go in there to have fun, there is also a bowling alley, but not all tracks and a laser tag also worked. It's not a bad playground at the club, with attractions for kids. There is a dino park nearby, with a really good rope park and a climbing wall. As a bonus, we were also given breakfast at the golf club, we don't play ourselves, but you can take a nice walk there, and the interior of the restaurant is generally pleasant, there are few people =) There is a good gym, although I did not go, but at first glance everything I need is there. There is a heated pool, although the water seemed slightly cool. The sun beds around the pool were very poorly cleaned, and as a result, there are no people, and all the sun beds are occupied. There are many saunas for any temperature. There is also a heated swimming pool outside, but you have to go to it, and during the day, in good weather, of course, you can lie down, but I didn't want to go there on purpose. An interesting area with Maldivian sand right next to the hotel, although this is of course a summer story =) We had mostly 16 degrees, so I didn't even dare to go into the sea, it showed something around 14 degrees. There are sun loungers on the beach, in good weather you can even get burned, waiters are running, and of course 2 waiters for 200 people can not cope with orders, although they try very hard =) We didn't like the beach, I don't know, maybe they put sand there in the summer, now it looks very strange, some kind of river or drain is flowing nearby, as a result, the beach is blocked by a mini pond in front of the sea. Well, the sand is so-so) The hotel has a good chocolate cafe, everyone liked everything there =) Well, the pastry shop downstairs is also not bad, there is also ice cream. The bars serve whatever your heart desires, although in terms of wine and sparkling wines, in fact, the choice is only local, for three. But beer and spirits have a wide selection, they make interesting cocktails. But since everything is XO, then no, there were complaints that something else was being poured under the guise of XO.I took Macallan whiskey, what the waiter brought, and what was poured from the bottle in front of me at the bar was very different =) So I concluded it was better to take something in between, then most likely they would pour what was planned =) There are infrared heaters on the street, although there aren't a lot of places, but it's quite comfortable under them in the evening, they also give hookahs there, but 100 euros for such a hookah certainly looks very strange =) So to summarize: it would be better to go to Kulinan, at least it is new, and the service here turned out to be many times worse than the same Barut Lara, but also morally the hotel is already a little outdated.

We stayed at Maxx Royal Belek — the hotel is positioned as a premium class, but, unfortunately, with such a level of service and organization, it clearly does not reach it. Perhaps the only thing that really met expectations were restaurants and bars. The food is great, the drinks are of high quality, and the staff is professional, polite, and always on top. You really feel the care and attention to every guest here. That's where the advantages end. Despite the fact that we clearly indicated the need for two separate beds when booking, upon arrival we were accommodated in a room with one large bed. After the appeal, we were moved to another room, in which there were two single mattresses on the common base of the bed, with a distance of 15 centimeters between them. After expressing our perplexity to the assistant, we received an answer that the hotel room with two separate beds looks exactly like this. We came for 5 nights, and further clarification plus a third move were not part of our plans, but five nights on a single mattress will not be forgotten soon - it's inconvenient to say the least, and sometimes just dangerous. A separate disappointment is personal assistants, their presence looks like a beautiful picture for advertising, which has nothing to do with reality. The question is, why even announce such a service if it doesn't work? The Fast Track service from the hotel is simply absurd. The queue in the "accelerated passage" area turned out to be larger than in the usual hall. This is not a privilege, but a waste of time and annoyance instead of comfort. Maxx Royal remains one of the strong players in the premium leisure market, but considering the price and the stated level of service, I would like to see a more attentive attitude to details and high-quality implementation of all the stated services.

We visited the hotel in October 2024 and celebrated the New Year 2025. In October, I liked everything, but happy New Year, the gentlemen just screwed up. They paid more than 120 tr for the New Year's dinner, but in fact most of the guests left hungry at 22.15 to look for food, and at 23.45 the remaining people were simply kicked out by the staff and the hall was closed. The focus was exclusively on Turks (songs, music, etc.). There was no further New Year's program (from January 1 to January 7). They don't greet every arrival (just hello, the documents and here's your key card).
