I stayed at the hotel 2 times. Cozy, practical and beautiful, huge and simply wonderful hotel! Landscaping is a delight, there is a huge kids' club for children, where your child will be supervised from morning to evening, and parents will be able to go shopping or go about their business. The cuisine is simply gorgeous, all the dishes are delicious. You can use buggies to get around the hotel, children's and adults' pools, a sandy beach, and the hotel and its grounds are very clean. The water in the water park was really very cold. Rooms. Our room was a large two-room with two bathrooms. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms was for people with limited mobility. It was absolutely not convenient to wash or swim in it. We all had to use the same bathroom, which is very inconvenient. The hotel staff offered us to change the room, but they offered rooms worse in location than ours, so we stayed in our room. But the sediment, of course, remained. About food. A wonderful main buffet restaurant. The choice of dishes is fantastic. We also had dinner at all Ala-kart restaurants. I liked the Japanese restaurant the most. Many thanks to the chef. There is also an interesting show in the Japanese restaurant, when Japanese cuisine is prepared right in front of you. The children ran to watch 5 times. The service is excellent. I was a little upset with the steakhouse. The waiter had to almost beg us to serve all evening. The evening show was very disappointing. We have been to many hotels in Turkey. And even in less luxurious hotels, the evening show program is much more diverse and interesting. I have been to many high-level hotels, but this is the first hotel where I saw that the towels were already laid out on the sun beds and, in the long absence of the "owner", the towels were changed to clean ones. There is a covered children's area on the beach, the boys are dismantling toy dump trucks :). There is a lot of food in the hotel around the clock, but the general restaurant seemed a little boring for dinner. I really liked the A la carte restaurants (all 3 are combined in a single area near the amphitheater), people have lunch and dinner there without an appointment and the food level is restaurant-like, I can't help but appreciate the presence of dietary and simple delicious dishes on the menu, various seafood, vegetables - a delight for people with a demanding digestive tract. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a large selection of cakes, ice cream, handmade chocolates and sweets, pastries. Before going to bed, the room is additionally prepared. The room is spacious, comfortable, we had a view of the mountains and the fountain, partially overlooking the sea. Sitting on a large balcony with a cup of coffee, it is a pleasure to admire nature. Drinks: you can read all the brands on the site, there are no questions here, everything is fine. However, if you don't ask, they will pour you the simplest alcohol and will not offer you options. I drank PROSECCO for several days until I found out that I could ask for shandon. A large children's club and a separate water park. We were without children - it was not possible to evaluate the children's concept. However, keep in mind that the children's club is located away from the hotel, in my opinion it is not very convenient. From the comments: in my opinion, the work of the spa is very weak for such a level of the hotel, starting with the welcome, the bar in the indoor pool, ending with a very low level of massage, which in no way correlates with the wonderful Turkish massage. A weak cocktail list, there is absolutely nothing to choose for a girl. At the end of October, only a small piece of the side pool, crowded with kids, is heated. The sea is already cold and there is nowhere for adults to swim. The large pool is not heated. Keep this in mind or check with the operator. General conclusion: a high-level hotel with a huge and high-quality selection of food for every taste, quality rest, help from personal assistants, fast track and cip services, excellent rooms and cleaning, opportunities for a multifaceted holiday. The registration takes 5 minutes and we are in our room – 80 sq. m. meters and a full-length panorama overlooking the sea, the garden, numerous blue ponds and a path to the sea. The hotel is very large, but thanks to the numerous additional rooms, it looks like a beautiful huge hall, occupying three floors in height, with a pastry shop, bars and a stage for movies and performances. There are no people at all. The highlight of the bars and cafes is the Belgian chocolate bar, which is simply impossible to pass by. But the main achievement of the hotel is the staff, well–mannered, polite and helpful. And more. The hotel has a special group of young people who meet guests, talk about the hotel and show everything. They also accompany the guests. On the first or second day of arrival, this is necessary so as not to waste time searching for a variety of restaurants, of which there are 6 in the hotel and 3 more for an additional fee. the fee. The leaders of this group are two charming young girls, Kristina and Inna, and their assistant Bogdan. It is impossible to appreciate the good role of this group - they are assistants in every necessary case. For my sister and me, Inna was a truly kind Angel, who ordered medicines for us with room delivery, if necessary, helped my sister move around when difficulties arose. Innochka, thank you very much and our low bow. In conclusion, we would like to thank the administration of the hotel for the excellent organization of work. Thank you very much.
