The hotel has football and golf courses, children's areas, many pools, and a very large beach. The beach is clean with a gentle approach and sand. The food is great. A wide range of European and local cuisine. There is a Chinese and Indian cuisine station. European drinks for 12 years or more - no problem. Cocktails are made with high quality and high-quality European alcohol. If gin is in a cocktail, then Beefeater, if tequila, then Olmeca, etc. All kinds of beer, juices, lemonades. Ice cream is a bunch of varieties at any time and in any quantity. Turkish delight, chocolate and art candies in free boutiques. There is a restaurant 24/7 with a la carte ordering. There's a rib eye and a grilled lamb square. There is a restaurant with local cuisine, and there is a fish restaurant. Caviar and good coffee for breakfast. The rooms are big, really big with a large terrace. The mini bar is packed with drinks, beer, snacks, chocolate bars and water. The water in the hotel is in the glass. My favorite hotel in Turkey. I've been here about 10 times. A very good level of everything. There are shortcomings, but they try to solve them, moreover, they sincerely try, the guest's opinion is taken into account. The food is delicious, although last summer it was a little worse than before: both in the main restaurant and in the cafe with desserts. Plus, cocktails began to be poorly made on the beach, the same thing in the evening disco area, which both started to end early in Covid and ends early. It's not really possible to have fun in the evening. A great beach and a kids' club, where they are ready to take the child even for the whole day, but for kids (up to three years old) they don't feed you, you need to come and feed yourself. We really liked the teacher of Mach. For 35 euros per hour (last summer, the price could change) you can hire a separate nanny, but there was practically no need for that. Natalia is a very pleasant assistant operations manager, and Tamer is the manager of restaurants (different every year). The territory is not very large, but well maintained and pleasant.

We had a rest in March-April 2023. Before that, we stopped at Regnum several times. For parents and 4 children, this option turned out to be cheaper, so Max Royal was chosen. What I liked was the excellent staff. Our family was hooked up with 3 "friends" who solved our questions and answered any questions, such as how to get there or how to ask. It was all on a wats up, it was all very fast. Friends answered our questions, as well as the questions of our children. Meal. We have nutritional characteristics. So it was in Max that we felt all the buzz. We do not eat anything dairy or meat, but we have always been full because of the variety of food, plus there is a counter in the restaurant where you can order what you want and how you want. And the chefs will cook! Many thanks to the restaurant staff when our little daughter decided to eat oatmeal for lunch. How she screamed that she wanted oatmeal! As a result, the boss came and promised that everything would be ready in 20 minutes. I was happy! Firstly, it took less than 20 minutes, and secondly, it was a one-time action. We ate fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled potatoes and fresh smoothies! And what kind of strawberries were there?! It's just incredibly delicious! And we also lost hoodies, jackets, iPhones, bags, and everything was always found with the help of "friends". At a Japanese restaurant, we were terribly cold at one of the dinners, and they gave us blankets. The blankets are cool. I fell in love with them. I wrote to my "friends" that I would like a gift, and... they gave them to us. Many more advantages can be written. Of course, there are disadvantages everywhere. But sometimes the cons are not so important. We're flying to Max tomorrow.

We have been staying at the hotel for the 3rd year , for 3 weeks with the whole family and children , and indeed when we arrived for the first time it was very good service , food , service , room cleaning , and generally any issue was resolved . The service was poor , and one day the whole family was poisoned . The main restaurant is better, but the food is not as tasty as before , everything is monotonous , there has never been a shrimp curry , the service is based on personal relationships with old waiters who have known us for years, we were fine , as soon as someone else , you can sit at the table with a mountain of plates ,maybe for a very long time not Come closer! The room service is mediocre and this is for thanks ($) every day, from the very first day we were warned that we needed a late check-out (we have the right to use a gold card, and we would be willing to pay) before the day of departure, ERXAN reminded us, as a result, the call at 12:00, sorry, did not work out for us! Get out. The child needs sleep time, why wasn't he warned in advance? Why didn't you offer any options? And is this your attitude towards regular customers? I give 4 stars , as the hotel REALLY needs renovation. There are no questions about the service! The assistants are very friendly and in case of any situation they try to solve it and in addition organize a lot of compliments. BUT still, compared to other new hotels, I would like the rooms to match the declared status of the hotel... the kids' club is also very tired. In an amicable way, the hotel should be closed and a global renovation should be carried out . As it is , cosmetic repairs are being done , but it has little effect on the condition of the hotel as a whole .
