Super hotel, super service, everything is great! An ideal place to relax with children. The game room in the main restaurant area is brilliant! With young children, it is most difficult to eat quietly, and here is such a gift)) The kids' club is also out of competition. We lived in a room in the main building and in the villa. Good afternoon, everyone. This is the best hotel in Turkey that we have ever vacationed in! The price is very good. In the summer, of course, the price tag is not for everyone. In winter, the price is affordable. I want to return to this place again and again. Fly to the hotel in winter. You won 't regret it . Everything is very good. We took a plane ticket through Azur. Everything is great. The flight is wonderful in both directions. +5. We arrived at the hotel in the morning. They settled in right away. Sea view from the room. It's something. We were very lucky. The weather was very warm and without rain. We swam and sunbathed. The service at the hotel in winter is exactly the same as in summer. Many thanks to Olga and Mert. We were always in touch and wanted to help in every possible way. Thank them very much for everything. The hotel has a chocolate department: it's something. The girls work very attentive and kind. The coffee in this place is just fine. As for nutrition: there is generally EVERYTHING. See the photo. I'll lay out everything I have. A hammam. An indescribable feeling of happiness and peace. Freshly squeezed juices, fresh juices............ all the best. What can I say! Everything is at the highest level. Yes. Yes. And in winter, too. Everything is just fine. The rooms are just lovely. Spacious. The light ones. All the furniture is good. Sea view from the window. I'll post the photo. Food: It's something. There is everything. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel. Attentive. Not intrusive. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Turkey is very good in winter. Lots of colors. Heat. Once again, we had a wonderful rest at our favorite hotel. The service is always on top! We had a rest with our family (2 adults and 1 child 5 years old) from March 8th to 15th. The hotel was highly recommended by friends who had time to relax there before our arrival. Despite the rather high cost of a week's rest, we decided to fly in one day and never regretted the choice we made! One week of rest is better than 2 weeks of ordeal on vacation. We were warmly welcomed at the reception with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries + an excellent cappuccino and latte. Immediately, like a fairy, Max's personal assistant appeared and told us very briefly and clearly how everything works at the hotel, and escorted us to the room. Any questions were solved with the help of female assistants. Our child is allergic, special meals were arranged for him for all days of his stay at the hotel. Many thanks to Yvette and Maria, who took care of us as close friends! The room is very spacious, very clean and cozy, which is rarely found in a hotel. In the room, a personal message from the general manager of the hotel with complementary fruits and chocolate. Room cleaning during our stay for 5+, room equipment for 5+, including a coffee machine with #Nespresso capsules and a TV “like at home” - #Samsung 7th series, 4K, 55 inches On the territory of the hotel, vacationers without masks, all staff wear masks. Perfect cleanliness and disinfection are maintained everywhere. In the rooms, there are always disposable masks, gloves and gels. When leaving the hotel, you must wear masks. The fine is 3,000 liras. Almost everything works at the hotel: swimming pools including a warm saltwater pool, a spa area, a gym, group classes, children's playgrounds, a dino park, bicycles, golf and tennis. Only the cinema and the water park did not work. ALL the staff, from the cleaners to the general manager who checks the hotel territory daily, are friendly and polite. The food is beyond praise. For those who are on a diet – a super diet table or the opportunity to get special meals by making a reservation through Max assistants, for those who want to get drunk – a huge selection of dishes in any restaurant of the hotel: main, Azure 24, Italian, Turkish, in the evenings also in the fish. The #azurefish fish restaurant is a high–level restaurant with a choice of the freshest seafood and fish, including sea fish not grown on farms. Many thanks to the restaurant manager Tomer for the excellent service and recommendations on the choice of dishes and wines. The manager is a workaholic who even knows how to carve fish himself and works 100% hard + the whole team works the same way. Our son, who is not very sociable, ran to Uncle Tomer for delicious food and a warm welcome. Also, there is an excellent gastro restaurant with 1 Michelin star and Azure Asia restaurant with Japanese cuisine (paid extra, but available at a cost) and 2 excellent cafes for sweet lovers with cool desserts and ice cream #movenpic. Definitely, this hotel has been added to our list of top 5 hotels for subsequent holidays. Many thanks to everyone who gave us the opportunity to forget about the losses of this year, the year-long isolation, hard work and other worries that accompanied us all year during the pandemic! We will definitely come back!

Great hotel..a large area with a golf course..you can walk for a long time and enjoy nature...for mountain lovers, they are not there... there is.children's playrooms..restaurants to choose from..the staff is very good-natured and tries to do their job perfectly..It takes about 30..40 minutes to get to the city..there are many boutiques in the hotel..I definitely recommend it

Service- no questions asked. It's great to have someone who is always in touch. Any issues can be resolved. Cleanliness can be judged by the shared toilets. Cleanliness! Nutrition- try to restrain yourself. Everything is fine! The beach- ten points! Pools- to choose from! Water park. If you want, you're lying on the beach, if you don't want, there's something to do. There would be a wish!

Everything is fine from the rooms to the service. There are no words, an incomparable hotel, the best of the best. Starting from the check-in, the hotel only pleases with its service, a welcome glass of champagne with chocolate-covered strawberries is just the beginning. Rooms with an area of 100 sq.m. are a second plus. We arrived early, the room is not ready yet, go to breakfast and everything will be done for you. The first day we checked into a room with a view of the garden, after contacting personal assistants (Gokhan, Mert) we made a free one! Upgrade rooms with sea view!!! A daily replenished mini-bar in the room, a huge bed with awesome bed linen. That's what you need to relax. 5 Chic restaurants, one of which is round-the-clock, 6 bars with elite alcohol, La Melange confectionery and a chocolate boutique, will not let you get bored and will satisfy the most demanding visitors. Car rentals from Peugeot to BMW electric sports car are also available. They make great discounts! We rented a mini Cooper convertible in 2021 for 125 €. with full insurance. We took a ride to the famous Pomucalle, visited the Cleopatra pool and the grand amphitheater, if you want to ride a hot air balloon or a steam plane, you are welcome from € 75. The weather in mid-December is from 17 to 24 degrees, from the rest week it rained for 1 day and one cloudy day, we sunbathed, enjoyed the stormy sea, fresh sea breeze. Montgomery Golf Club with its endless fields and fountains is a separate topic for admiration. The best hotel I've been to in Turkey, impeccable service (which is worth learning from the well-known 5* hotel in Crimea), delicious and varied food - the number of restaurants will not leave anyone hungry, the evening shows are wonderful, and many cocktail bars can envy the level of cocktails. It is also a paradise for children, there is a park with water slides, an animation program for the whole day. What a pity to part with the Maxx Royal Belek Hotel!The service in it is so well thought out that it obliges us to return!The hotel team performed everything on an "A plus" I especially wanted to mention the work of assistants Anna and Elmira!Girls -thanks for everything! Everything is at the VIP level!Starting from check-in (we arrived at 6 a.m. and immediately offered a room), it is spacious and everything is OK there, thoughtfully to every household detail!I was especially impressed by the concept of food - the menu is not only the Swedish line and the 24-hour restaurant, but also the a la carte restaurants, as well as the French pastry shop!I, who was used to the golden, expensive design of hotels, INITIALLY did not accept Max's minimalism, but then fell in love with him! SPA and hammam , relaxation zone is a separate topic!!!! Differs from all the cool fives in price, but believe me there is something to pay for!You just need to visit and you 'll understand everything !We are not saying goodbye, but saying goodbye! I don't understand why this is the top hotel in Turkey?! He is already outdated both by his interiors and, most importantly, morally by his team. In the year of its opening, this hotel was the only one like it, it brought a lot of buns to the Turkish tourist market. And then the hotel team put a crown on their head. And for a couple of years, this crown was deservedly theirs. But now the situation has changed a lot, and they don't want to take off the crown. The attitude towards the guests is so-so. And of course they act according to the regulations, it is difficult to blame this. But the class of the hotel consists primarily in the individual attitude towards the guests. It's not here! The layout of the hotel is not convenient, to go to the water park through the staff rooms. Or they take you to bugs, but it's not always convenient. Cats walk, walk and aim straight at clean plates in restaurants. The waiters can't smile. But, there is also a beautiful thing: a wonderful coniferous forest. You can also breathe and walk along the paths. Delicious varied food. I have not seen such a choice of dishes in other hotels

I'll try to leave my observations, maybe it will help someone decide. There will probably be too many words. We had a rest from July 10th to 24th. This is the fourth time. Before that, all-inclusive holidays were treated with skepticism - boring, a waste of time. First of all, I like this hotel because of the opportunities that are provided to people to organize their holidays. People with different interests and goals will be able to relax very efficiently at a good level. I came to eat, get drunk, sleep off, socialize with the children - please. Take a break from the children, communicate with your soulmate, if you don't have enough time for this in everyday life, please. You can take children to the children's club from morning to 2 a.m. (I hope no one does that))). Water activities and sports - please (for a fee), etc. For me, a vacation is the only time when you can recover and gain health. Therefore, the main focus is movement. There was a relatively strict daily routine for each day - 7.30 am, 8.00 am-9.00 am jogging. The hotel has its own golf course with a deserted path around it. The circle is about 4.7 km in the shade of pine trees. And it's beautiful, and even in July it's comfortable to run in the morning, in the shade. Around 16.00 gym, light workout with weights. Since the sun, good nutrition, rest - the body perceives loads very well, recovers quickly. The rest of the time: children, fun, sea and sun. One minus - you won't drink wine in the evening - then you'll die in the morning. But this is offset by a glass of cold orange juice at breakfast after jogging in the heat. In terms of enjoyment, no wine in the evening can be compared). With such a rest and minimal observance of the daily routine, you gain energy and positivity for a long time in 2 weeks. I also like the general surroundings of the hotel - it is beautiful, there are many pleasant places. We went to the chocolate shop every day - we chose fruit fondue with Turkish tea. In the evenings, we sat in Melange, played board games and drank delicious drinks. We didn't go to the evening shows. But they're kind of cool. Entertainment lovers should like it - under the black southern sky, outdoors with a glass in hand, probably not bad) We always had lunch and dinner in a shared restaurant - a huge selection of dishes. There is a separate area of oriental cuisine. This year we made an island of Russian cuisine: some dishes are similar in shape, but not similar in taste). I would also like to note that during every vacation there were always very friendly employees, waiters, with whom human contact was established and it was very pleasant to chat - a lot of really friendly people who do not formally relate to their work. And their job is not easy. Waiters in cafes, on the beach, beach workers - it's like hell. It is difficult to pull deck chairs, carry towels, maintain order for 10 hours at +35C with a smile and respect for the idle public, even on a not small scale. I asked the waitress in Melange in the evening how many steps she takes per shift. I showed my phone - 25km today. With a tray. Sometimes reviews ask about the need to tip. For me, this question is not worth it. Nice people who do their job well are a must. It also seems to me that the owner of the hotel wants to share some of his experience, perception of life through this hotel and service. The same attitude, but much more clearly, was felt in the Italian Cavallino Bianco. There, I am sure, the owners of the hotel did not just do business, but shared their culture, lifestyle, Italian Dolce vita with visitors. It also seems to me that this is a purely family-run hotel, for families with children. If it was a couple, I would never have come here. You can find places much more intimate and interesting for less money. Without children, half of the infrastructure you pay for will not be used). And delicious pies, a chocolate bar, ice cream at hand, the smell of freedom are much more valuable for children than for us) And finally, the biggest disadvantage for everyone is the cost. But I am sure that even with such inhumane prices, but with such service, food, and the number of staff, a hotel of this concept can only exist in Turkey because of cheap and high-quality products and relatively low salaries. In Europe, the implementation of such a concept is impossible. Turkey will become richer, there will no longer be such a format of recreation with such a scale of abundance. Therefore, if there is an opportunity and fatigue accumulates, we will definitely go again).

I will write only about the bad for the sake of completeness: 0) Flowers were delivered. Half a day later, the employees found out that an error had occurred. They came and took it away 1) Torn (darned) bed linen - 2 times a week - the cleaners apologized for a long time 2) Assistants, sometimes, mess up - they admit mistakes 3) Waiters of different quality, sometimes forget or bring the order after 20 minutes 4) The dishes are brought at the same time, the food has time to cool down 5) In the low season, the main building is drilled during the day 6) Scratched cutlery 7) There are no toothpicks on the table, they are brought on request 8) Tired furniture in places 9) Good audibility of neighbors 10) Weak water pressure 11) The interior is not very rich and mostly dark in the evening 12) The ceiling of the hall is a killer stretch wallpaper "for space" 13) Cats are everywhere! 14) There is mashed potato powder in the steakhouse. There was no steak either. That's why they didn't take the money for the steakhouse 15) The Michelin chef's restaurant was not impressed with the dishes of the set, there are tastier places in Moscow 16) They didn't wipe our glasses on the beach 17) When the performance of the cover band ends at 22.00, you can go to bed. There is also no animation - COVID :(Basically, there is no karaoke. 18) In the spa, the Jacuzzi and the children's pool have the same temperature as in the large one 19) SPA employees have no interest in selling services: "Take a tablet, read for yourself" Otherwise, it is very decent. It can be compared with the beach hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the UAE and Turkey have their own characteristics, pros and cons. We are here now... a complete disappointment... every year we come to Belek at this time, usually Rixos. But we have never seen such a dirty sea, the algae are small and very unpleasant.The beach line is wide but small, i.e. people are like shrimp on top of each other. The pool is small for so many people.The food is ordinary, without any special delights and tastes. The room is large, with a lot of all sorts of "chips" like a baby robe and cosmetics for children ... a very uncomfortable bed, like a hospital couch, they laid mattress pads for us, but this does not save the situation with a bad mattress (((everywhere smells like in a Balinese spa salon (it's unpleasant for me, I don't lie, I love the sea, fresh air), sleeping with the window open, breathing the sea... and here under the nose is a pool with bleach and a strangler. and a lot of palm trees are dry ... due to the fact that the territory is stretched inland, not along the sea, as in other hotels, therefore very much. Stuffy... in general, as many write, steamed and nothing more, if there is something to compare it with… My child and I are 6 years old, he's getting high, but he's positive. I have vacationed in various hotels with beach holidays and in different countries, but this hotel exceeded all expectations. We were vacationing with my wife out of season, so the price tag was sparing. The price is high in season. But the level of service and everything due correspond. The departure from the hotel is organized just great! The staff took the luggage from the room, weighed it (left stickers on the suitcases indicating the weight), loaded it into the transport. The escort from the hotel handed over SIP cards to all departing guests, took them to separate inspection, customs and border control points and led them to a separate waiting room at the airport only for departing Maxx Royal customers. The vacation experience at this wonderful hotel is great, starting from meeting at the reception with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries upon arrival and ending the same way upon departure!
