The hotel is just great! It is comfortable for any category of clients, especially with children. For children, there is just everything here: slippers and bathrobes and pots, cots and bumpers for a large bed, and if something is needed, there is a service of Max-asists who will fulfill any of your requests. We had Anna Kudashkina and Orkhun Ayhan, the guys just did well to solve any question and any questions were answered. A very good kids club is open from 9:00 to 02:00. There are attractions on the street and inside and shows every day and the zoo took them. Nearby the dinopark is very interesting, people came from other hotels. The children have a separate restaurant there, no worse than the main one. The children are being watched very carefully, called and will always answer where the child is. For children there is a separate playground on the beach and near the restaurant, the part is closed even with air conditioning. There are more than one claim to restaurants, because there is everything there for both children and adults, another convenience is a 24-hour restaurant with children, it is always relevant. In the evening, every day in front of the restaurant, the shows are very interesting, even our Todos is resting. The service on the beach is at a height, you didn't have to wait long, the guys just did well running like robots and alcohol and fruits and chilled towels and corn and fresh juices, near each mushroom there is a refrigerator with ice and chilled water with and without gas. Water activities are right next to everything you need to eat. You can't write everything in one review. There is also a lobby bar and a chocolate bar and a game club for adults (vending machines, bowling, laser baseball). I forgot to say about the water park, it is very worthy, I think it will be cooler than any Moscow one. Well, I won't even talk about golf courses here, as a matter of course, once I decided with my son to go around the entire golf area, I had to walk 4 km, but of course this is a paved path exactly lined with benches with refrigerators for water and all the people in the hotel are friendly and the staff and vacationers! In short, if you can afford it, you won't find it better in Turkey!!! I think there are simply no hotels in Europe with such a service!

We, our extended family, spent a week of our vacation here with great pleasure. Upon check-in, you will be introduced to a personal assistant who solves any issues during your entire stay at the hotel! Special thanks to our assistants, Maria and Elmira, for fulfilling all our wishes. The hotel opened in 2011, it has been well preserved, but of course, after a while, the owners need to prepare for the renovation of the rooms. The cuisine is very diverse, up to red caviar. There is a 24-hour Alakart restaurant, only 6 restaurants and about 7 bars! And what a pastry shop with an incredible selection of desserts, sweets and ice cream for children! The chocolate bar is another point of the hotel's sweet life! The coolest kids club is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and accepts children of any age. A rope park with dinosaurs, trampolines, attractions, a cinema, billiards, bowling, discos, shows, animations and slot machines (free of charge). It will definitely not be boring! From morning to evening, you can find entertainment for every taste! Every evening there are unique shows and discos! We recommend families with children to take rooms on the 1st floor with access to the pool. The Wi-Fi works well. I've been to Turkey 12 times, and I've been to MAX for the first time. 2 adults + 1 child arrived. We went on the recommendation that they say only Max is cooler than Max. Maybe we had high expectations, maybe the hotel let us down for the money. The first thing that turned out not to be clear to us is that all sports events need a record per day. There are more than 1000 people in the hotel, and there are only 10 places for sports in the pool, out of a total of 12 days, we managed to get there only 2 times. The second, strange location of the children's area, in fact, everything is taken out for the hotel. We were in Rixos before, everything is somehow more organized within walking distance. A water park on one side, a kids club on the other. Lie in the middle, the child will be there anyway. There is no animation- more precisely, it exists, but consider it not. There are no mini discos for children, no foam parties on the beach, no discos. The same performances are performed by Todes mixed with local folklore. Damn, in Alva Donna and that last year there was animation, a foam party and a mini disco. About the food, killed the mashed powder, seriously? The choice of food is huge- but in fact there is nothing to eat. There are no free sunbeds on the beach in the morning, if you did not wake up at 7 a.m. If you come by 10, that's it- you'll look at the sea after 16.00 There are no places in the pastry shop or at the bar in the evening. From the series, take the food and drag it to your room on your balcony During the day, they prune all the trees by the pools, with saws on gasoline, the smell of gasoline then flies in the air for a long time. We are currently vacationing in Belek. This trip was the first disappointment in my long history of relations with Turkey. And I've been here as many as 43 times and I know what I'm talking about :) Let's start right from the bad. This is nutrition. We are not starving. Not a bit. But let's be clear - this is one of the most expensive hotels on the Antalya coast. At the TOP 3 level. So the minus is solely for the wildest discrepancy between the price and what you get. What do you expect from eating in a place like this? The fact that you go into the main restaurant and take out your phone in surprise to film everything that the kitchen team has prepared with incredible generosity. This happens in all hotels in Turkey. In all but the MAXX ROYAL. When we first came to the main restaurant, we thought that it was probably not the main one and there was another main restaurant somewhere. It wasn't such a meager buffet. But it corresponded to the level of good-quality old five-star hotels at a price twice as low: Nirvana, Rixos Tekirova. In some places it surpassed its cheap counterparts, for example, the presence of a Slavic table, but in some places it was inferior. The same dessert table was practically missing, the bread table was meager. Such familiar sushi, which the Turks have learned to make over the years, has been replaced with a pan-Asian table with poorly prepared and completely unpopular dishes. For example, with the same dim sum, which here look more like manta rays. The other bad thing about the main restaurant is that it is not a priority here from the point of view of management. Allegedly, the buffet is a kind of relic of the past and a canteen. Therefore, the hotel encourages everyone to go to the restaurant Court. It's like a food court, but where you order from the menu. It's not bad on the Court, but, as you know, when you create a restaurant where hundreds of people eat on the menu at the same time, it's very difficult to implement such a project at a high restaurant level and they didn't succeed. The same dining room came out. It's good, very high-quality. But the dining room. With her appearance, the same generosity that was in Turkish hotels when you went to dinner and did not know what would be there today, what would please you. In short, a good Buffet was removed, but a comparable a la carte was not made. As a result, everything in MAXX ROYAL has descended into monotony. In the main, nothing EVER changes and everything is very poor for the price that the hotel asks, but on the Court you eat the same thing. Well, you can't take ten dishes to see what you're going to have. At the buffet, you could walk around and look, choose. Here you just choose one dish and eat it. I guessed right - I enjoyed it. No, come back tonight. Yes, you can take five dishes, but they don't do that. Well, it's just not good, it's inconvenient. I took a piece in Swedish and that's it, and then I'll splice the plate. Yes, you can order again, but it's waiting again. Therefore, every day, in order not to take risks, we ate the same thing that we liked. Maxx Royal was the author of a new advantage in hotels. They were the first to create a European pastry shop. It was after them that other hotels began to repeat this decision and succeeded in it much more than the founder. As a former owner of a pastry shop, I can say that the desserts here are complex, beautiful and completely tasteless. This is confirmed by the fact that the pastry shop is always empty. Even despite the presence of a large number of children in the hotel. Sometimes there is pandemonium over ice cream, but for desserts they get bored alone. If I were to give my management verdict, the hotel has a huge problem with the chef. For some reason, he decided that everyone was fools and he would not improve the good that Turkey had already come up with, but would do everything in his own way. The result is that the hotel is filled by 30-40 percent. The staff believes that this is because it is expensive and the world is tense. But the truth is that, for example, we will never come back here, knowing what happens for this money. So, it seems to me, a lot of people who have already been and therefore did not come thought this year. We do not recommend that you go to Maxx either. The second problem of the hotel is animation. I go to Turkey for sports. It's like everything is there, but like a pastry shop. It seems to be, but it doesn't seem to be. They took the polo to where we reached only on the 3rd day and then by accident, but if people did not gather for volleyball, then the animator does not see a problem. He plays himself for 20 minutes 2 by 2 or 3 by 3 and calmly completes this dreary game. There is no purpose to hold a meeting. Evening shows, as in the usual level fives. There's nothing special here either. Now to the advantages of the Max Piano. They are there. This is the most helpful hotel I've ever lived in. Well, that is, it's generally on some unimaginable level. It's too much for us. You have two assistants who are ready to answer all questions in the chat at any time. And if you don't like something, then your assistants will do everything to change the situation. ALL the waiters and all the staff in general are ready to be at your service at the first word. They asked for coffee with Alpro milk, but they cook it on another one - they will buy it. They asked about lemon tart, but there is none - they will cook it for you every day separately and bring it at the appointed moment, wherever you say. This is an unnecessary thing for us, but there are fans of service and attention. They would have loved it here. We also need the sea, good and varied food, sports, a down pillow and a normal mattress) the food from this list is a significant thing and somehow everything is not easy here (compared to the price). Another huge plus is the territory and its comfort. Well, it's really cool. All kinds of pools. There is also a 75-meter swimming pool, and with sea water, as in the Maldives with the appropriate sand around. The sunbeds are here with their refrigerators and stand on the grass, not on the sand, so that it is not hot.
