I was here in November 2012. A decent hotel, you can live, relax too, the menu in the dining room is of course for an amateur, but it's the same everywhere in Turkey. amazing food. great kids club. the shows are amazing. strawberries are the most delicious. the golf course and grounds are super. of the minuses - if you have problems - you will not solve them in this hotel. the hotel makes delicious food and great service, but only what questions are over - they are blown away right there. for example, they asked for a booster for a car ride. they said we will return it. there was a booster, but they didn't give it to us. they say take it, but together with our car - its price is exactly 10 times higher than the price of a taxi (I'm not exaggerating), and how long to wait for it? - 45 minutes. when asked to give a booster, we need it urgently and we will call a taxi faster and we will return the booster or pay for it or rent it - whatever, we don't have time for a children's show - we rested like sheep, no, that's it. at the same time, there is a booster, but we will not give it. naturally we were late. the price for a car to the children's park is $ 130 for a trip of 13 minutes. a regular taxi takes $15. why do this is not clear. the child, of course, was covered in snot and saliva at the reception yelling like a beluga. but they have no means no. then there was some similar situation where the behavior of the hotel was very strange, but not the point. overall, we had a great time there. children can be left at the club until 2 am, the club is very nice and interesting 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 overall great memories with some exceptions

I live in the hotel from 08/10/19 to 08/24/19. Well, what can I say, the hotel itself is good, pretentious, but after paying a lot of money, you want to get everything at the highest level. We are vacationing with a large company and we have three rooms. In the rooms: on the first day, the lights in the bathroom and in the dressing room did not work immediately, the TV did not work in another room, the shower was broken in the third.) The air conditioners are noisy. The hotel is of the highest category, and the dirt .... there is dirt in the rooms, terrible dust in the dining room, it feels like the dust has not been wiped since the construction of the hotel. I would like to say separately about animation, no hotel shows the same thing in the evening, right there it's normal( . You relax and feel cheated, price is quality. The quality of food is at the level of three. I was personally pleased only with the 24 restaurant and the pastry shop. They say that they come up on the beach and wipe their glasses - we (5 people) were approached once in 14 days))) boys go to the beach and bring drinks to order - we often forgot, and had to go after them. Personally, my opinion is: you should not overpay for services that are poorly rendered! I will never go to this hotel again!
