A great place: the cost, location, condition of the room, cleanliness, responsiveness of the staff and, of course, breakfast - 5 stars.
If you're lucky, you can find a room for one for $25.
Minus one - the windows of the single rooms overlook the courtyard, where the climate control units are located, the noise from which will not give you the opportunity to stay in silence with the window open. That is, you will have to sleep without fresh air.
In all other respects, I am completely satisfied and ready to recommend MAYA Hotel.

The hotel gets us a solid 4 points.
The rooms are tired, you can't count on a new interior here.
But! Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is monotonous, but in 4 days I did not get tired.
Drinks in the fridge are included in the price.
The staff is very friendly, there are Russian speakers.
If you take into account the fact that in Istanbul you only sleep and have breakfast in a hotel, this is quite a decent price offer.
