We stayed at this hotel from October 7 to October 15, 2025 with 3 children. We arrived at 12.40 pm, and immediately after registration we went to lunch. After lunch, we were immediately checked into room 1115 on the ground floor. The furniture in the room was certainly not new, but everything was in working order. There was a welcome set of drinks in the fridge, as well as a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar. Considering that the hotel was preparing to close (20.10), the food was good. For breakfast there were always stewed vegetables, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc. There was also a variety for every taste at lunch and dinner. The hotel has its own sandy beach, the bottom is also sandy. The sea is shallow, no matter what everyone likes. But the children have complete freedom. There are 2 swimming pools on site:children's (there is always sun and it warms up well) and an adult with 3 slides. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There are shops near the hotel: A101 supermarket that sells only in lira and a private shop where dollars are accepted. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will come back if possible.

We had a rest in the second half of September 2025. The ticket cost 110,000 for two from the Ministry of Water. Everything, the territory is at our disposal!) That's a good thing, we admired the sea and the territory at dawn. I would like to say a special thank you to the night manager of this hotel, Sabri, who stayed with us until morning, treated us to tea, and controlled us who were pretty battered but not defeated. Thanks again for not letting us get started!) as a result, we were put in a room with a super location 1014. This is a cottage next to the pool, but not a corner room, but two rooms away from the paddling pool. A room on the ground floor with a terrace, great! The pool is immediately followed by bars and restaurants, followed by our favorite beach.However, it's very shallow and you walk to the buoys) In general, a hundred meters from the bed are all the charms that we went to these warm lands for. The team is good, if you smile, they smile at you) they go to a meeting, solve issues. Animator Zane tries his best, the children love him, and the adults are well disposed. Once a week there is a Turkish night with fireworks. The food is varied, but I'm picky and I didn't have enough taste, not enough salt everywhere and no marinade. And there was not enough kefir) a wagon of vegetables, chicken in various interpretations. There was a variety of fish on the grill, mainly sea bass, dorado, salmon, herring. Once there was pasta with shrimp and pineapple, they say it was delicious, but we were on an excursion. Fruits are mainly melon, watermelon. But there were also plums, peaches, grapes, apples. It's always fast food, French fries, a make-it-yourself burger, and nuggets. Tortillas, tiny potatoes and local ayran are baked near the pool....Oh, this ayranchik, in general, our TAN reminds us and helps us quite well from the morning. You won't starve to death, that's for sure. For drinks, everything is as stated in the reviews, as the bartenders like it or agree. Most of the tourists are Turks. They did not meet with an arrogant attitude, on the contrary, they danced and hugged each other on a Turkish night) I would like to thank our guide Mavlyud separately for helping us reschedule the yacht trip for another day, on the appointed day we already had seasickness in the morning) 😂thank you Yes, plaster was falling on the floor in the room, so what?) the maids handled it perfectly. After the third day and the daily cleaning, we put up a do not disturb sign, it didn't bother us at all. In conclusion, I want to say that everything is super and even better for the declared stars! And if you grimace and grumble, then everything will be wrong for you in the top five) The city is a dollar and a half by minibus, 15 minutes and you walk along the Didim embankment, there are shops, entertainment venues and a large embankment. The route runs until late every half hour. We went on an excursion to Ephesus - I liked it, it's expensive, but you won't regret it. If you buy a ride in the city, it will be cheaper. We paid 125 dollars per person to our guide. A hotel without pathos, family relaxation. If there is a super burning offer, then we will definitely come back!

We were in July 2025 and this is one of the best holidays! The hotel is super, it is located on the first line with its own access to the beach, all the infrastructure is inside, we did not even leave the territory. The hotel is more suitable for family holidays, many people come with children. There is a swimming pool for both children and adults, slides, animation, a children's room, a playground. The buffet is a separate song, very good!!! The rooms are standard, there is air conditioning! I recommend it!

This is not a hotel, but a Turkish sanatorium. Everything for a comfortable Turkish holiday, the food is good, the sea is shallow, there is nowhere to go. Most of the visitors are Turks, few Europeans, and very few from the former Soviet Union. The rooms have been redecorated, but it is clear that the hotel saves on absolutely everything and everything is made of shower material and even cheaper labor. The waiters try their best, the bartenders as you like or as you tip. All the sun beds at the sea and by the pool are occupied from 7 a.m., why is not clear, and the Turks themselves do not come later or throw tantrums if their towels are thrown off by workers and occupied by other people. In general, I repeat the Turkish sanatorium, but the Turkish mentality is specific and the rest turns out with a twist. The Internet in the hotel is stable only at the reception and in the bar at his place, as luck would have it. If I hadn't known, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We had a family vacation with two children aged 15 and 4 in August 2024. Among the things we liked: the first line from the sea, a fairly rich cuisine, a good bar, animation for the little ones, a well-maintained territory. What I didn't like: Turks mostly stay at the hotel, so they are served first. The hotel is located between two abandoned hotels. They begged me to clean the room, even a tip of 3-4 bucks didn't help much. The ants were crawling in the room, but they didn't bother me)))). The bathroom was a C minus, but it worked. The water in the shower is salty What we did: sunbathing, swimming, the benefit of the sea nearby, plus two pools for small and large. We went for a walk along the coast, there is a real Turkish flavor, locals live and relax. We went shopping in local shops, the products are very decent. They brought home pickled cheese, a bunch of different dried olives, and sweets. The price tag is normal, they paid in lira. I have personally been to Turkey 2 times. I rate this place as a whole at 4 with two disadvantages.

I took a ticket for 13 nights (UAI) at the end of August 2025, the cost was 180t rubles. The hotel is located at the entrance to Didim, the territory is small, the entire infrastructure of the hotel is "tired" and requires repair. The restaurant where the receptions are held stands on stilts, the structure constantly "plays" from every passing person, especially from running children. The food is delicious, but the food is extremely monotonous. There are difficulties with taxis in this region, and taxis cost a lot to get to Bodrum, so you have to make do with the beach and the hotel outside of excursions. I was greeted by a non-working front door lock (for closing), an impressive hole in the front door and a crooked bedside table drawer. And on the second day of my stay at the hotel, a mouse came to my room. By the way, I was waiting to move into a gazebo with cobwebs on sofas with pillows that have not been washed for a very long time, all are worn and have more than one burn mark. By the way, there is very little room at the reception to wait for check-in, and you don't want to wait in such gazebos at all. If you don't drink alcohol on such a vacation (in my case), it makes you very sad. The only advantage is the steep sea view from the restaurant. By the way, Turks and Europeans mostly live in the hotel. The hotel is not at all a 4-star level.

For me, a big disadvantage is the restaurant on the street. At +43, it's hard to eat anything but watermelons and that. The girl at the reception knew Russian very well, the rest of the staff did not, who cares. The food is normal, Turkish. And fish and meat and vegetables. No comments here. I got poisoned once, though. The sea is beautiful, the beach is sandy, but there are not always enough sun beds with umbrellas. Occupied in the morning. Animation for both children and adults. Cons: When booking a hotel, I saw information everywhere that they speak English there, as a result, English is spoken only at the reception, the rest of the staff speaks Turkish. It follows from this that the hotel is really more for Turks than for foreigners. I am generally silent about the residents of the CIS (but I knew about this). In turn, I heard unflattering statements from the Turks (such as that they had come here, why they were not going to the Crimea). I don't drink alcohol, but my friends told me that they noticed that the Turks were being served expensive foreign alcohol, and they asked me to pour them the same thing, but they refused. Very weak WIFI on site. Room cleaning is very weak and long. They came to clean up at a time when everyone was already leaving the beach and lunch. Towels are changed every 3 days, floors are not washed (everything was in the sand), pillowcases are not changed either. As a result: I do not recommend it, it does not pull for 4 ⭐ at all. But unfortunately, certain dates and departure from Vnukovo were suitable for us, so the choice fell on this hotel.

I came for the second time during the season. The first time was from 06/01/25 to 06/15/25. The second time was from 08/30/25 to 09/13/25. But the hotel lived up to expectations again! We were greeted with great friendliness. It was especially pleasant when the staff recognized me and said "Welcome." Just like the first time, the registration process took minutes. I made it to dinner. Before arrival, I requested a room closer to the pool. But for the first night they settled in a distant corus. They assured me that the number would be changed. In the morning, they contacted me and gave me a room in the building closest to the pool. I didn't even unpack my suitcase. I moved quickly. Well, what has changed at the hotel. It only got better. A Fish Day themed evening has been added. A variety of seafood, sushi, various fish, etc. But there is also a choice for meat eaters). There is now a 4-course main course selection on the a la carte menu. But the "highlight" of authentic appetizers has disappeared: everyone has the same, regardless of the main course. So I liked it better in June. But it's also good this way: you can sit with a group, and everyone has their own chosen dish. In a previous review, I left a comment that I would like to see fruits on a snack. They were added. I'm happy) The ice cream was already in cones or served in cups. Not in the package. 4 types. Delicious! Turkish Nights are still amazing! And live music has become more focused on the European guest. Discos were often just great! Thanks to Halil and Alex! I confirm my first review: I like this hotel! I will be happy to come again! And I remind you: if you want to find flaws, then you will find them in any hotel. The only question is how quickly these shortcomings can be eliminated by the staff, or how much they interfere with your rest. I'll be back at the hotel later. Thanks to all the staff and management for my comfort! Special thanks to Diana, the Guest relations manager! She arranged a surprise for me on my birthday (without any requests from my side). We rested here in October, the weather is wonderful, the air temperature is 24-26 degrees, the water temperature is 20-22. The hotel is closing at the end of this month. Very beautiful and well-maintained territory, the rooms are newly renovated, the room has a new air conditioner, kettle, refrigerator with welcome drinks (water, fanta, Cola, seven up, juices), TV with several dozen channels, but we did not turn it on. A sandy beach with a gentle entrance to the sea. There were always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, a little further to the right along the beach there were kayaks, catamarans, jet skis and other water activities. The Internet is catching all over the hotel, there were problems with its connection, but when contacting the reception, it was set up for us. The Ultra all inclusive food system completely satisfied us (breakfast may seem monotonous to some), for lunch and dinner there is a rich selection of hot dishes, garnishes, vegetables, desserts and fruits. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee can be taken at bars at any time, pizza, French fries, vegetables, sausages are served for a snack between lunch and dinner. During the day, you will not be bored by exercises, aqua aerobics, outdoor games; in the evening karaoke, disco, entertainment contests (huge respect to the group of animators led by Diana - you guys are SUPER). Next to the reception there is a SPA salon where 5 massage sessions were taken (bargain 😀), I advise you to try aroma, medical, relaxing massage, beach towels are also received there. Among the disadvantages, we can note the cleaning of the rooms, the lack of blankets (there are only bedspreads on the beds, we asked for extra sheets), they forget to replenish tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel. The hotel is quite isolated and surrounded by non-working hotels, the currency can be changed in the store opposite. You can get to Didim by minibus or for free by ordering a shopping tour from a student. There are a lot of cats on the territory of the hotel, there are a lot of dogs on the beach, but they are not aggressive at all, you should not be afraid of them.

We took a ticket for parents of 60+. They were very satisfied with the choice, the price-quality ratio is consistent. First of all, I liked the food, varied and delicious every day, a lot of lamb meat, fish, onions, seafood, no worse than in 5-star hotels! And the restaurant itself is on the beach!! Its access to the beach, which is generally rare for 4 stars. Nice landscaped area. Great animation. Among the disadvantages are problems with plumbing in the rooms, poor cleaning. Many people write about salt water from the tap, parents said that it was not a problem, you can wash, when brushing your Teeth, they rinsed your mouth with drinking water. In general, we arrived rested, happy and tanned. In Didim itself, local shops have low prices and brought a lot of treats.

We had a vacation at Maya World Didima in the first half of July 2024, a family of 5 people. We were very satisfied, the hotel is small, on the first line, there is a large green area inside. It works according to the UAI system, between the main courses, there are still all kinds of snacks. Local drinks, juices from the vending machine, various types of soda, coffee, very tasty tea. From alcohol, Ephesus beer, red / white wine and local strong, mainly used for cocktails served in two bars. Bars and an outdoor restaurant, next to the sea. A pleasant fresh breeze blows from the sea all the time, so it was very comfortable at +38. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy, there is enough space, you can always find a free chaise longue. There is a large swimming pool with slides for adults and children. Turks mostly have a vacation, there are not many Russians, and there are very few guests from other countries. The hotel is designed for family holidays, there is a large children's club that is open from lunch to night. The animators are young, Russian-speaking girls, thank you very much, they didn't let you get bored, but they didn't impose themselves either. In general, it is clear that all the staff plows from morning to night, there has never been any negativity on their part, all wishes have always been fulfilled. The hotel itself is not new, if desired, there is something to complain about. We had a large one-room room listed, which did not suit us, we reviewed 4 options, and in the end we paid a little extra and got a good two-room room.

We were very satisfied with the hotel! We drove across the sea and the sun in a good mood! 3 adults and two children had a rest from June 18 for 8 days. The sea is the first line, clear transparent, the approach is gentle, sand, there were always enough sun beds for everyone. The pool has 3 slides, the child was delighted, the water is clean. Food- we had enough of everything, fish, meat, chicken, vegetables and fruits, ice cream, everything is very tasty - a separate kind of restaurant on the coast! The alcohol seems to be good-they took wine and beer. The animation is wonderful, the team is trying hard! The spa treatments are great, we took pilling and massage - super! Minor disadvantages by room and there is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there are no shops and pharmacies nearby, there is one market - but there is absolutely nothing to take there. I recommend the hotel as a family with children!

Animation. The guys are trying very hard to make it fun. Well done. Boccia, darts, great performances in the evening. Everything ends at about 22:30 - 22:50. After the music with dancing until 00:00. At exactly 00:01, the music turns off. 4. The rooms are great. They even give you slippers. The hair dryer turned out to be too weak for my wife) In general, there are no disadvantages at all. A great vacation for your money. A lot of Europeans. Russian is not enough, but we are together)

We went to one hotel, but in fact we ended up in "another" one. What I mean is: since the end of September, the hotel has switched to "close the season" mode without warning on the website and when buying tours.. We pay for one thing, but we get nothing. All the delights and laudatory evenings, viands and super animations could not be found.. Minuses: Old and worn-out plumbing in the shower, a lot of rust, everything is loose. When using the shower stall, water was constantly leaking out over the bathroom floor. The hot water was rusty throughout the rest (12 days), and sometimes it was completely absent. There is no cup for brushes and dental supplies. Towels were changed only 3 times in 12 days, with the first time only on the 5th day (stated daily). The constant smell of sewage in the territory, especially near detached houses and next to the building. There is a lot of dirt, dishes, glasses and dry foliage on the territory, and cleaning is weak. On the beach and by the pool, mattresses and sun beds are in poor condition: many are broken, dirty, no one wipes them or puts them in order at all. Dirty sand with trash and cigarette butts Beach towels are old, lint-free, often dirty and wrinkled, and they were regularly missing. Room cleaning was limited to taking out the trash and replenishing two bottles of water and toilet paper. The floor and sink were washed once during the whole time, towels were often forgotten or put in two (?) After September 30, the number of services decreased significantly: Turkish and Mediterranean evenings disappeared, the A'la Carte restaurant closed, the assortment of vegetables, fruits and cheeses, sausages decreased, the plates at the dishes were removed. Animation has completely disappeared: discos, dances and other events. There is no information stand with the schedule of events. The staff was friendly, but the information they provided was consistent with reality every other time. Positive: The bathroom was provided with a full range of hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap), and supplies were regularly replenished. The food was delicious and generally varied: every day there was something new, the dishes could be repeated about once a week. However, they often had too much oil in them, and the meat was overcooked. The assortment has become more modest by the end of the season. Alcoholic beverages: decent beer, standard wine, coffee, tea and ayran are very tasty. The rest of the drinks and cocktails depended on the bartender and his mood (sometimes vodka was poured instead of rum or tequila). There were 10 Russian channels in the room; if they weren't set up, the reception staff helped. There is a tea corner: a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar (paper cups had to be refilled themselves). The refrigerator was refilled daily with two bottles of plain water; upon arrival, there were additionally small bottles of soda. The pillows are good, the bed linen is white and clean, it was changed 2 times during the whole stay. A thick waffle blanket is used as a blanket, which is quite typical for the Aegean coast. The entrance to the sea is convenient: gentle, sandy and comfortable (except for biting fish at the bottom). A101 store and pharmacy are located next to the hotel. Migros is a 10-minute local bus ride, 25 lira per person each way.

Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) right by the sea. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds. The sea is cool, about 20-22 degrees, and it doesn't matter morning/afternoon or evening, it may not have warmed up or the Aegean itself is colder than the Mediterranean. But it is very invigorating after the sweltering heat, even under the sunbed. There were no waves, the approach was gentle. This is what families with children use. The sea is very clean! The hotel speaks Turkish, English and has Russian-speaking staff, though only in the spa recreation area. Everyone is friendly. We communicated online at the reception through an interpreter). Wi-Fi is available both in the room and on site, with the exception of the beach. The connection is good! The weather was hot in the afternoon, about 35-37 degrees from 11:00 to 16:00, the locals reported that the heat started a month earlier, but it is well tolerated.
