Although we had talked to a couple from the hotel before, they had a promo paid for, they were put in a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view absolutely free of charge. As a result, after we started fighting, we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the mountains (there was barely warm water in the room). The food in the hotel is so-so, there is almost no animation. For Wi-Fi, the fee is $ 15 per device. The bar is present on the beach, but the cocktails there are so-so (I ordered a mojito, poured green liquid, no mint, no lime, no ice in it). Does not match the stated 5*, maximum 3*. We had to drive 40 minutes from the airport, but we drove 1h.20min. (the driver couldn't find the hotel, doesn't understand Russian). The suitcases were thrown out of the transfer at a nearby hotel and told "you go there." They met terribly, they didn't feed them, they just threw "sandwiches" like dogs. The bed linen has never been changed. The kitchen is tolerable, except for sour tomatoes, which were not thrown away, but mixed with freshly cut ones and put on the next meal. The water in the faucet is almost always cold or slightly warm. There was no milk for coffee for three days, the choice of drinks in the bar is scanty.
