Disgusting work of the staff , the description of the hotel does not match ( there is no tea or coffee , as well as a cooking set in the room , rooms with black mold on the ceiling !The bedding smells musty .Towels are like rags, rotten with holes and stains. The bus to the beach is very old and without air conditioning. There 's not enough food for the whole hotel ... people are running to distilleries for rice (meat , fish, fruit) forget what it is !breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, there is nothing else that is in the description of the hotel!The hotel manager Anna promised to change the room, saying that she was working for the second day, and she told this legend every day to new arrivals who also asked to change the room or give water! The air conditioners are not working. On one of the 5 days of our vacation, the electricity goes out and a woman gets stuck in the elevator.... They took her out and brought her to her senses for a very long time . They were wheeled out on a stretcher and with oxygen (in 10 minutes in a stuck elevator without air )when asked by the general manager Anna, how is this woman who was carried out of the elevator ( she just laughed and said :- here's a woman who piped up ... on the last day of rest, they wrote a review.... The manager caught up with us and said she would give us a room if we deleted the review . The room was changed for one night and they gave us a red room !!!!to live like people for the last 9 hours. We agreed!!!! But I have to write a review so that people know what awaits them....
