From the first day of opening, the Mayak store on Chernyshevsky Street never ceases to amaze with its disregard for the consumer. On the first day of the store's operation, approximately at 18:40, the queue at the checkout counted 12 people, one cash register out of three worked. This did not prevent some employee from the store from approaching the checkout with two baskets of groceries and cutting in without a queue. The employee's name was Veronica, and it turned out that she was someone "boss" of the store. We stood and waited until it was calculated, prices did not break through for some goods and the saleswoman left to clarify. A queue of 12 people was waiting for Veronica to receive all the goods.
On the plus side, I can say that the store presents an excellent assortment.
Of the minuses, the store is run by a stupid non-specialist, the work with the client is disgusting, the movers knock down the client with carts and boxes on the aisle, the control of perishable goods is zero, there is a lot of rot in vegetables and fruits. There were three quail eggs on the top shelf in the refrigerator for a month and a half, which means that no one wiped the shelf with a damp cloth for a month and a half. There is only one cash register and it is very slow.
