This is a banquet hall that you can come to. They'll even feed you there if you agree in advance, but they won't give you water and you can't buy it there, and you can't buy anything at all. The waiters are great, the musician is a separate song, maybe we were unlucky. But if it wasn't for him, I might even have given it 4 stars.
