The store is great, great choice, great prices, but the staff is a wild horror!!! I am writing specifically about the Mayak Store in Bobruisk, Minskaya Street (Om shop). I often order pizza there, they almost always say wait for about an hour, take the order and go about their business, they always take the order with a dissatisfied face, but today, on November 1, my patience completely broke. I ordered a pide and 2 pizzas, came home , opened them, and they were burnt, and I put everything on the table, my patience was completely exhausted, I need to go write in a complaint book!!
