Fruits, vegetables, frozen foods, dairy products can be taken. As for mackerel in a vacuum, I do not recommend it. Somehow I took it, but it turned out to be not fresh, with a rotten smell. I really liked the Kremlin sausage, I often take it, it's like a basement. I recommend.
