Обратилась для предварительного заказа букета на 1 сентября, попала на менеджера Алексея. Помог определиться, учел все пожелания, терпелив в диалоге,договорились, что букет заберу за 2 дня до праздника, чтобы без суеты. Букет простоял прекрасно, цветы были свежие, хотя именно как-только мы забрали цветы-наступило потепление, в гараже было +20 градусов, абсолютно ничего не произошло! Спасибо за честность!

Недавно покупала кустовые розы маме на день рождения, завяли на следующий день. Очень расстроилась из-за выброшенных на ветер денег.В целом, люблю здесь покупать горшечку, хороший выбор, хорошие менеджеры, но с розами неприятно получилось. Плюс ооочеень долгий процесс покупки - медлительные кассиры с бумажками, хотелось бы чуть более оперативного процесса покупки. Дополню отзыв, по прошествии времени нечего не изменилось в лучшую сторону, цветы по-прежнему очень быстро вянут :(
