We ordered 5 polo shirts. After a short time, it turned out that the T-shirts were of different quality (one is more dense weave, the other is like gauze), although PREMIUM quality was declared. Small holes appeared on the T-shirt of the worst quality. Managers - ..... I would not invite such people to my company: They interrupt, accuse, and make a fool of the client himself. Instead of the usual: "sorry, we are very sorry, but the exchange period has already ended, we can no longer help......--- you are to blame for everything. Don't set foot on them anymore!

We ordered T-shirts on the MAIKI website.by clarified the order by phone. The order came, but not the T-shirts that were ordered and the wrong size!!! the smell is like second-hand, without tags!
