Caution: prices are "floating", and the quality of the VIP complex is questionable (review after three car washes + photo) I visited the car wash three times. My impressions are mixed, to put it mildly. Each time I ordered either the most expensive complex or the penultimate one. And every time I came across incomprehensible prices, or frankly hack work. The first time. The girl manager included trunk cleaning in the bill for 20 rubles. At the same time, they did not give me a discount card and did not put the first stamp on it. The second time. I arrived again. The situation repeated itself: the amount in my head and the amount in the manager's check did not match. When he offered to open the website and count it together, the manager did not argue and immediately said that he was "confused." Cleaning the trunk for the second time, by the way, was already part of the complex, although the first time they charged money for it. The third time (on March 14, I ordered a VIP-complex). It was a complete failure. 1. First, I am offered to remove the trunk for 5 rubles. After calling the director, it turns out that the trunk is included in the VIP complex. 2. I order dry cleaning of carpet from salt for 25 rubles. After 20 minutes, the call: "Too much salt, it will be 35." Okay, I agreed. 3. But the most important thing is quality. The car is very poorly washed, both inside and out. The salt was removed from the carpet only in the foot area, and it wasn't even touched to the left of the seat. It seems that the wet cleaning of the cabin was not done at all. I expected a completely different level of cleanliness for the VIP complex. I am attaching photos, everything is visible on them. Conclusion. The car wash is not bad, but only if you are lucky with an employee and if you are ready to constantly double-check everything. Either the managers themselves do not know what is included in the complexes, or they are deliberately trying to "throw in" an extra 5-10 rubles (sometimes forgetting the card, sometimes "making mistakes" in calculations, or assigning paid services already included). And after the third visit with the "VIP" car wash, there were even more questions about the shitty quality. Be vigilant and check the total before and after the payment.

We washed for probably 2 hours, not very fast, of course, but it was worth it. They were cleaned as if after a dry cleaning. To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised. No matter how many times I went to car washes, there has never been such a result. The guys are really professional in their work. Very great fellows. I also met the Administrator Yuri, a very pleasant young man, and I was very pleased with his attitude towards clients, and despite his rather young age, he is a professional in his field, he advised me on all issues related to child care. In general, I was very pleased, I came for a reason. I will only recommend you to everyone, you are the Best! From now on, I am now your regular customer!
