The staff is awesome — super helpful and easy to work with. They always take the time to help me pick out the right lighting, which makes the whole process a lot smoother. Salespeople just want to sell so they're very nice during the actual sale, but they failed to let us know that they will charge us extra if they keep the item in their warehouse/store for a while (although they previously mentioned that it's not a problem to keep the item in the store until our house is ready) Basically rude AFTER they make thee sale.
