Terrible service. I ordered a special delivery service today. The terms of the action are changed every time they mislead people. There is no promotion. Only deception. The food was even delicious. The chicken cutlets are kind of sour, like the time is normal, but it tastes clear that the meat is old. So you can get poisoned. Horrible.

I often go to this place in the morning to buy food for myself! Always with a dog! It didn't stop me from shopping in any way! But suddenly the staff started telling me not to! When asked why, I got the answer "that's what menenger said"! He asked why there were no identification stickers, the staff started looking for him and saying that he was, he seemed to come unstuck! How the sticker can come off is unclear! No one responded to my request to call menenger! Politeness is not enough! They come up with excuses on the go, and the manager just doesn't know how to work with guests! Of course, I won't require the service, but! We would like to have the usual polite communication and some kind of compromise! I don't sit there with the dog, I just take food with me, and that's it! And you're acting very morally ugly, so that your regular guests don't come to you! Thank you for being so indifferent to the guests! Explain to the staff that it is forbidden to answer the guests "that's what the manager said"
