I made a transfer through this bank in July in the amount of € 130, the recipient did not receive the money.
The bank said that they had sent the money and their work was done. Then for 2 months I called them, different employees answered, they constantly accepted applications, no one called me back. I called them myself every time and they called me. I asked to write a letter of inquiry, but the bank did not take part in this either.
The answer is "we transferred the money and did our job", i.e. At the moment the transfer has not been received by the recipient, it has not been returned to me. The bank does not consider it necessary to participate in the search for money. Violates Article 365 .
