I am a holder of the M bank visa gold card, the account has been blocked, I cannot use funds allegedly due to fraudulent actions in the amount of 2100 SOM. According to the regulations, within 30 days after submitting the application, specialized specialists must figure out and unlock, the deadlines are out, the call center specialists do not solve the issue, the conversation boils down to the same thing that will speed up the unblocking process and this ends the next dialogue. The brazen scheme of freezing funds by the bank. Am I the only one in this situation?

The first transaction was successfully credited to an active account, and the second one was sent to a non-working account for some reason. Today I contacted the head office to solve the problem. They were rude to me there, made me wait for more than an hour, and eventually informed me that it was impossible to return the money. I've been using their app for many years, but now I'm seriously thinking about its reliability.

Every day, the support team unsubscribes that they have provided information to relevant specialists. They cannot answer the question "where is the money". I do not recommend Mbank! Your time will be spent not using their app or card, but waiting endlessly for the account to be unblocked. In my case, because of the measly 1,800 soms, I was forced to provide documents and clarify the source of funds. If the source is suspicious, then what is my fault? Block the source, deal with it, and don't create problems for the client. How do I know how the person who paid me back earned the money? It is especially difficult to solve such issues when you are abroad. I have 7 accounts with different banks (those who work abroad will understand why this is necessary), and they are all world—class banks. But it was the Mbank that turned out to be the most inconvenient and problematic of all. If you work abroad or often deal with money transfers, think twice before choosing this bank.
