We had a rest from April 11-17, 2025. I liked everything very much, the rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, the shower, the toilet is private, there is a veranda, breakfast is included (a good homemade breakfast) very close to the center, good price. Both the hosts and the administrator are very friendly, if necessary, they will tell you everything, show you, recommend what to visit. Great guys. I recommend it.)))

We stayed at this hotel from February 9 to February 14, 2025. On the Booking it is also called the Express Hotel. 3 stars, if you are waiting for some kind of service, then there is none: you need to clean up the room or trash, tell the administrator and they will do everything for you. The administrator Sergey is responsive and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the city center, Vernissage market, Republic Square, the Cascade can also be reached on foot, the SAS food court with excellent, varied and inexpensive food, near the cafe "Ker u sus" Armenian cuisine. We lived in a room with windows facing the hallway, it was warm. Other rooms are colder in winter. There's a lot of snow, they smoke on the veranda, and in summer you can drink wine. We liked everything!

We lived for 3 weeks. Pleasant and helpful staff. We always helped with any issues. They helped with the suitcases at check-in and check-out. thank you very much. We will be glad to come back to you again)
