The staff is very friendly, but very few people come to the reception, mostly phone contacts. But all the issues were being resolved. One of the disadvantages is the kitchen, which is impossible to be in, because there is some kind of steam boiler that warms up the room unbearably. And there are almost no cooking utensils in the kitchen. There is a lovely balcony where you can have breakfast or just sit, but we had a room with windows facing this balcony. And if someone was sitting there early in the morning, talking on the phone, then everything can be heard in the room. Or if they smoke there, then everything will be in the room. However, on the other hand, it was convenient, we kept the kettle and fruit on the windowsill and took everything from the balcony from there, it turned out like a bar counter, we didn't have to carry it once again) So there were advantages too) Another minus is the shower, which is a little clogged, the water drained for 7-10 minutes. And since it is combined with a toilet, it was difficult to go to the toilet after a shower with this flood, and then dirt. There was not enough of a mop to collect dirty water into a hole in the floor. That would partially solve the problem. There are several options for Wi-Fi. Some worked better in the room, some worked better on the balcony.

We stopped at the hotel, it seemed like nothing, and then it started. - The rooms are dirty, -The water does not leave after the shower - Not all rooms have air conditioning - The ceilings are cracked. The lights are flashing in the shower like in a horror movie. - There is one washing machine for everyone, in the kitchen - Breakfast is monotonous, and worse, it may just be mashed potatoes with cabbage. But these are all flowers, compared to what I had to go through. On the last night in the evening, we were urgently asked to leave the room in which we lived (they had some kind of overlap), promising to give us a similar room in another building. Of course, we didn't like this idea, but we decided to go to the meeting and agreed. In fact, when we arrived, it turned out that the room we were promised was occupied. We were offered a room with worse conditions. And they promised to return the money overnight as compensation. The next morning, they didn't give me the money, they said they would transfer it. Of course, no one has transferred the money, and since we have already left, there is nothing we can do. It is a pity that we are faced with such an attitude, it spoils the impression of a beautiful city. Yes, they also asked the booking office to cancel the reservation, apparently so that they could not leave a review there. Conclusion, if you want to live in cleanliness without nerves and stress, then I strongly recommend not to use this MBM Hotel Yerevan!!!
