I recently visited a shawarma shop, and I was completely delighted! From the very entrance, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is varied, there are many options for fillings, which allows everyone to choose something to their liking.
I ordered a classic shawarma with chicken, and it exceeded all expectations! The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauces complemented the taste perfectly. The pita bread was fresh and crispy, and the vegetables were bright and fresh. The portion turned out to be generous, so I was definitely full.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the establishment and the cozy atmosphere. The prices are quite reasonable for such quality. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all lovers of delicious shawarma!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service of this institution. It was my first time here. The guys helped with the selection of the order, were polite and friendly. The order was collected very quickly and efficiently. Durum turned out to be very tasty and juicy, pita bread was in moderation (not much and not small).

I often visit this institution, but this is the first time I've encountered it. I took the durum mix, ate most of it and reached the chicken meat. I was horrified by what I saw!!! A raw piece of medium-sized meat, because of the color of the sauce, I did not immediately understand. I went to the cashier and asked for an explanation of the situation. I was offered to redo it, but I refused, because after what I saw, my appetite immediately disappeared. After that, they offered a free durum on my next visit, but I refused again due to the fact that I hardly want to visit this place again. And only after that I was offered a refund. The employees were polite enough, which is good news. The situation was resolved calmly.

The service is at the highest level. I really liked the signature sauce. The meat was juicy. Durums were weighed with my husband, 380 were declared. And it was 402. Nice.

I ordered a shawarma (rustic). The price and taste are unjustified.
Positive: We cooked it as quickly as possible.That's where the benefits ended.
Minuses:There was a lot of mustard, so much that it interrupted the taste of the other ingredients.p.s. (of course I love mustard, but not to eat it with scoops). According to the type of composition, the shawarma consisted of 60% mustard, 20% meat, the remaining 20% other ingredients. The pita bread fell apart at the slightest bite. SHAWARMA is 500 GRAMS, but you can't tell by the look of it, it's too thin.

Today I ordered two durums with chicken, one sauce branded, the other garlic for delivery from this institution. I used to work here. I ordered for my mom and brother, I wanted to praise this place in front of him for the cuisine. After eating less than half, my mother's chicken dumpling spills out a huge piece of raw meat with fatty layers and streaks. When I called and explained the situation, they said they would send a delivery with other food (my mother called from my phone.) After learning that I was a former employee, they told me to wait, since the delivery is not working right now, although before that they were ready to send at any minute and said that it would arrive in 20 minutes. You can see the delivery time on the receipt and the time I'm writing the review. Two durums went into the trash, and Mom and brother are hungry. Thanks:)

Disappointment and deception.
On January 7, I visited woodcourt and ordered a durum. From the very beginning, I was faced with the unfriendly attitude of the cashier, who made grimaces of displeasure at every question. When choosing the filling, I was misled by offering additional ingredients without explanation. As a result, I got cold durum with burnt and raw lavash at the same time. There was no declared cheese in the composition, and the meat was cold and in small quantities. There was practically no sauce. The quality of service has noticeably deteriorated after the change of administrator. There were no such problems in the Oldcity shopping center, but in Trinity there is very often something wrong with the pita bread and the filling. In this regard, I have decided not to visit this institution anymore and recommend that the management pay attention to the quality of products and staff training.

I would like to warn other people against visiting this place.
Recently, my friends and I decided to order shawarma at MC Doner, but we were extremely disappointed. Firstly, it took a very long time to prepare our order. But that was just the beginning of our troubles.
When the shawarma was finally brought to us, it turned out to taste just disgusting. The shawarma was dry and tasteless. But the most unpleasant thing was ahead of us. One of the shawarma was bitten off, and it was noticeable by the torn pita bread. In addition, it was smeared with sauce on top. We realized that someone had already given up on this shawarma before us.
We asked to redo the order, and also asked to show what they did with those shawarma. We were told that they had given them to us. After such an experience, we no longer want to deal with this institution. Do not order food here if you do not want to face such problems.

We took two durums with us (a large barbecue and a large Mexican). Firstly, they are both very small in size, that is, there is an error with the size. Secondly, they asked to add mushrooms and jalapenos to each durum correspondingly, which was also not the case. Thirdly, these are simply not those durums, although they were signed correctly, but in fact there is "something" only with chicken , cabbage and curry sauce, both are the same and small. Fourth, the question arises: why are supplements for an additional cost, an additional payment for a larger size in the receipt and paid, and the institution, in turn, cannot fulfill its part of the order?

We went to this place to have a snack, the guys cook delicious, and most importantly quickly. The prices are not higher than the poppy, but the portions are larger. I took a mushroom doner and... oh, horror, a piece of plastic in lettuce leaves. Since the guys were already closing, I did not approach them with a showdown, but this is terrible. The food should not be dangerous. It is not very pleasant to chew a plastic wrapper in pita bread(((

I ordered a doner in bread, it was cooked for about an hour and a half, there was no filling inside, but some leftover food, chicken skins, some kind of incomprehensible salad, not the first freshness, there was practically no sauce, everything was dry with an incomprehensible taste, pineapple was added, but. - the sauce is put only branded (despite the description) and very little, as a result, the pita bread is dry
- meat 1/3; 2/3 cabbage and onion
- lack of declared ingredients (French fries, pickled cucumbers, garlic sauce)
- 400 ml of coke was poured instead of 500 ml, they refused to top it up, referring to the vending machine
- cola is almost non-carbonated, sweet water is simple.
In general, the quality is below average. Avoid this place.

I was waiting for an order (box rustic 11p) 15 min. As a result, I was completely disappointed. They threw it like a dog: 3 pieces of potatoes in a rustic way, 4 thin slices of cucumber, 2 pieces of tomato trimmings, overcooked beef / chicken and ham was an acceptable amount, but still clearly not enough. The rest of the place was taken by cabbage chopped into strips or layers and a drop of sauce.
The staff is clearly not coping, 3 people, including the cashier for a day off in the kitchen. Are you serious? If this is the standard of submission, okay, but then change the beautiful picture of the box behind the showcase.
