I visited the studio as a potential client, but I was faced with an amazing level of unprofessionalism. I came with a dog, a well-mannered and calm animal that had no problems in other creative spaces. However, here I was offered either to leave the dog on the street, where it could be stolen (which I, as a responsible owner, naturally did not agree to), or to leave. There were no notifications about the "no animals policy" at the entrance. The compromise of placing the dog in the hallway was also rejected, purely on principle. It feels like a customer with a dog is considered second-rate here, and concern for the safety of the pet only irritates the management. This behavior is an example of indicative anti—client orientation and everyday xenophobia. I'll give you 1 point. And I really hope that someday the values of empathy, flexibility, and respect for the client will stand above personal prejudice.
