I ordered a caramel frappe. They brought me to the terminal and showed me how, thank you for that. The picture with Frappe shows that cream is poured on top. I immediately decided to take it, there are no inscriptions at the bottom with any additional ones. There were no additives. They pour me a Frappe without cream... I asked why? And then they told me that it was supposedly Extra!! What kind of pancake is extra??? This drink is served with cream even in Russia immediately without any extras... I was very upset because I bought coffee only because of them.. but it's generally delicious.
