Thanks to the moderator - 2 points from the piggy bank. Mac (see note - McDonald's) is a catering service at the hospital. The service is low (children serve), but the workers work as best they can (if asked, they will do it right). The queues are long, so self-ordering is a great thing. The food is delicious and big (the more you eat, the more you will sit in the toilet). Good luck.
