Service is terrible, order display is not working well. Was waiting for order for 30 minutes and everything was cold. Hamburger was 3/5, nothing special.

The building is very beautiful. The staff is very poor. The order of 4 burgers was delivered after 30 minutes of waiting. Some of the burgers were cold and they refused to remake them.

Very disappointing experience. The service is consistently poor — staff seem inattentive and unfriendly. Every time I visit, the burgers are either cold or look like they’ve been thrown together in a rush. Definitely not up to the usual McDonald’s standards. Don't go to this restaurant The security guard can aggressively chase you out of the cafe, saying get out of here! the woman with black short hair is very very very aggressive!!! It's scary, I think he might even hit you if she doesn't like something. Don't go here, eat in another cool place. This is a very dangerous place.
