I discovered this store more than a year ago. I was very pleased with the abundance and number of options for meat products. Beef from tails to aged steaks, pork from chilled tails to various semi-finished products, sausages and stews, etc. And there is also turkey meat available... The service is excellent, the sellers will always tell you which meat to choose based on your wishes. There is a very large selection of spices of various types and countries for home cooks. One disadvantage I can note is that prices have increased over the year, not for all positions, but you can still choose high-quality meat based on your budget, which is what I personally do.

But yesterday I was extremely disappointed: there was no filet mignon in the package, I bought a tenderloin at the same price - 62p per kg. When unpacked, my mother (( the meat is torn, not suitable for steaks, minced meat or goulash at most. Guys, you can't do that, it's too much to double the price of meat. For past achievements - 3 points. I am very disappointed.

For the first time I went to this seemingly decent place. I took a piece of the neck in the marinade for a sample. The classic way of cooking the neck turned this piece of ordinary rubber into baked.
In the raw form, the meat also confused me a little with its texture, but the pleasant smell of lingonberry marinade gave hope.
Beef will be a hundredfold better in the old Sovdepovsky store.

Once I had to take just minced beef instead of cutlets, because unfortunately on Sunday, on a hot summer day, the last ones were taken in front of me for lunch. But I did not regret it, the girls at the checkout advised me how to deal with spices and it turned out very tasty. Pork kebab in Georgian marinade is delicious, spicy beef sausages are excellent, pork neck kebab (I don't remember what it's called, but the marinade is light without ketchup, as if in olive oil) is just a super cannon, I didn't understand how you can make pork so soft, the pieces are cut the same, and not how in stores, you cut one in half with a skewer, and preferably cut the second into 4 more parts to fry everything about the same. I've been to Borovaya and Derzhmnsky, there's always something delicious to buy.
