I don't like these butcher shops, sellers are always inflating the price, initially they say one, and then it turns out to be another, plus they like to report some kind of objectionable piece. It's easier to buy at the supermarket for the same price, but whatever piece you want. It is a pity that pork is not sold in supermarkets
