There are no questions about the store. Sales consultants do their job well. I ordered furniture 2 times. The first time, it was a chest of drawers (the simplest one). It looks well made and the quality is not bad. After that, we ordered hanging bedside tables and a console. Again, there are no questions about the execution. But there are huge questions about the installation and the installers themselves! To begin with, they brought the order to me, left it in the apartment - it was very fast because they were in a hurry somewhere, but they did not complete the installation, although I waited, the installation immediately, as it was last time (if I'm not mistaken, the installation is free), then they gave me the documents for signature. I didn't want to sign them because the installation was not completed, to which they replied that "Don't worry, we will come another day and install it." I'm a trusting person (unfortunately) and I agreed to sign it. Later, we agreed on the installation and on the appointed day a person arrived for the installation (let's omit the fact that the person came with a not very pleasant smell (the reason is silent) - this is the floor of the trouble). The trash started later, when he started his work. He took out a drill and started drilling into the wall to install the pedestal, and then in the next room we heard something crack! He made a hole through into the next room. To which he said to call the boss so that he could see the whole situation. You know, I've never seen anything like this before, but the boss came and looked at the whole thing and said it was OUR FAULT. Can you imagine? Having said that, we did not warn the installer about the thickness of the wall. Seriously? Maybe he should have checked the thickness of the wall before picking up the drill? Neither the first nor the second time did he look at which wall the installation would be performed on. The result (photo below) The installation, of course, was completed, but this incident left the most unpleasant sensations, not to mention the damage that was caused. Separate greetings to the "boss". I took advantage of the fact that there can be no complaints about them because I had already signed all the documents earlier. And the installer didn't really care what was going on. We didn't even get a simple apology! Outwardly, the furniture is beautiful, but just because of this story, I don't want to order any more in this store!
