Terrible company .We ordered the kitchen , it was brought, there were a lot of boxes, as it is written in the warranty 24 packages, we counted everything and there really were 24 of them, if we count separately packed in a poletilen dish dryer and so on. When checking the integrity, it turned out that one door was broken, and the rest of the products were either chipped or scratched.I sent a complaint to the most scratched facades, they were replaced for us, it took a very long time, and also with marks about logistics and so on. And while we were waiting for the facades to be replaced, my husband was sent on a business trip, he arrived just now and began to assemble the kitchen and as it turned out, the whole module, one facade, was missing. Yes, there is our joint here, I could not physically check the presence of every bolt and every shelf on the day of delivery. Now when to contact the complaint department (via email, which is very inconvenient) then an employee comes up with some interesting story about the fact that this module was delivered to us , look at yourself carefully, they say they checked the cameras , they brought everything to us along with defective facades.This is a very interesting story, because we found out two days ago that we were missing a module, but they saw on the cameras there how they brought it to us three months ago. Communication with an employee of the complaint department is also very interesting, as they communicate with you with a friend.
Avoid this organization!!!

I made an order in the online store on Sunday, received confirmation that the order was accepted and an offer to wait for a call to clarify the details, on Monday, without waiting for the operator to call, I called myself once - they promised to figure it out, then another, and - it just happened - their product prices increased significantly TODAY, but I didn't they called me back because I allegedly incorrectly entered the phone code (how is this even possible? (instead of 29, write 44??)) (I couldn't come up with the wrong number, I managed to verify the number in a conversation with the previous operator). And I was offered to buy the product at a new price. To reasonable objections that by law they ARE OBLIGED to sell the goods to me at yesterday's price, at which the order was accepted on the Internet, and that there is a law unambiguously interpreted in favor of the buyer, they advised to contact lawyers. Is the desire to cut more money from the customer more important than the reputation of the store? Maybe I will turn to lawyers - but, what is absolutely certain, I will not recommend this seller to any of my friends and acquaintances.

I ordered the kitchen. I've been waiting for 2 months. Then I waited three more weeks for the facade to be replaced (in the wrong color) and made which for some reason was not in the packages. Moreover, in the office I was sent to the factory's website. You will deal with all the jambs with the factory yourself. The office only takes the money. The production of cabinets is primitive. A good manufacturer doesn't do that anymore. I didn't like the work of Maria's mentor. In many matters, I am far from their knowledge. For example, she asked which way the doors would open. And the cabinets are drilled on both sides. There was no way to seal the unnecessary ones in the kit. There were attempts on her part to go into conflict instead of calming the person down and correcting the problems that arose. In general, there is no desire to describe all the problems. Be vigilant. There is nothing good here, it is primitive, unfortunately.
