The staff is young and not always attentive, often going to the warehouse, they disappear for 30 minutes, and sometimes they are too intrusive. I didn't like that when I bought the product, I asked for help to assemble it, to which two guys brazenly replied: pay or assemble yourself and two separately. I paid, but they couldn't assemble the fan without breaking its parts. Ridiculous and sinful, as they say.
