In mid-December, I ordered a Ballu fan heater with delivery, a consultant called me (unfortunately, I did not remember the name, I apologize) and warned me in excellent Russian that there were many returns of products with factory defects for this model - it's better to come and check for yourself, I couldn't come and asked him to check on his conscience, and then send it to me. And you know what? That's how it turned out! This thing has been reliably warming me, my wife and my son every day for more than a month. The work of the store, the employee and the quality of the product are 10/10. Thanks!
