We always bought at this store, never returned the product. We were satisfied with the service, regular customers. Now I don't even want to go there, as soon as I faced the return, they didn't show any humanity. They were not sympathetic. I bought my husband a phone to surprise him, but he absolutely didn't like the color. The SIM card was not inserted, nothing was connected, as it was, and I carried it back in the hope that they would help with this situation. But the receptionist talked so arrogantly, she immediately said that they would not make a refund or exchange. He says that the phone was opened, but it was opened by the consultant who showed us how else. On the second day, I went, hoping that they would help with this issue, very rude treatment from the administrator, some kind of biased attitude. Is your store really only aiming to sell in any way? I am very disappointed! And it's a pity that cold people work! You need to be able to work with clients, even if a refund is not made by law, you could consider an exchange, I would pay extra. No one has canceled the human factor, it seems like a store of this scale, it's a pity!
