There is a negative experience associated with this store. We bought a samsung TV, according to a sales consultant of the latest model and with excellent characteristics. However, there was no trial activation when making a purchase. Trusting the brand, we headed home, 75 km from the city. Turning on the TV at home, an annoying defect was revealed, namely, after the first turn on, it showed no signs of life. After that, we went to the store in order to exchange it or take the money, but we were faced with the boorish behavior of consultants who sent us to institutions in order to complicate the refund procedure. In these institutions, we were sent back, referring to the fact that the sellers should have immediately started the refund procedure without unnecessary measures. Through mocking smiles and non-fictional stories about the refund procedure, the money was returned to us with grief in half. Yes, marriage happens, it's okay, but what happened spoiled the impression of the store. We did not expect that the staff in the store is not responsive and wipes their feet on the customer in such situations. I do not recommend it.
