It's a good clinic. I quickly signed up before the holidays. E.O. Vasilyeva is a good specialist, thank you very much for her professionalism and for her human attitude. The big disadvantage is communicating with the administrator via email. I took tests for oncology, left all the data, and the doctor said that they would be sent to the post office on a certain day. Four days after the scheduled date, she sent a request to send me the results. In response, I received that everything was supposedly sent "check it out", instead of "sorry, we'll duplicate it now, etc." The customer orientation is a bit lame. There are overlays and everyone is sympathetic, but this is not a reason to be rude to the client.

The medical center itself is pleasant, the administrators are good. But the attitude of the specialists is terrible. And the doctor running out after you like a bullet, 10 seconds after completing your appointment without any banal "goodbye", etc. - this surprised me in a terrible sense of the word. Now it's clear why he had so little time to respond and tell me the points of interest. All my questions were perceived as at war, devalued and not perceived. The banal question is why should I do this procedure - the reaction is the same. If you are looking for an appreciative attitude of a specialist, then you are here.

They signed me up for a gynecologist Vasilyeva E. O., before that I went to another doctor right there, but apparently there was no way to get to him. Which I would like to point out. This doctor took a swab for microflora from me WITHOUT my consent (okay, this is still tolerable), BUT also took the material for cytology (which I clarified that I had already done and did not want to do). I only found out about it when I was paying off. 1. Why wasn't I asked if I wanted to do an analysis that I had already done myself 2. You don't think that people are counting on the same amount, but in the end, because of this situation, they pay more, which happened to me and I had to take an additional one.the amount from the stocks that I did not plan to spend at all (the amount is not 10p, but + 70p to the one I was counting on). Next, the doctor does not speak competently. It doesn't explain anything. They did a pelvic ultrasound for me, and did not explain what my problem was, did not write it down anywhere. Plus, he gets into his personal life and gives useless advice (of a PERSONAL nature) to anyone. I will not come to this center anymore. And I don't advise you either. Especially to this gynecologist.

I can definitely recommend this medical center. Nice friendly staff. Of the doctors, at the appointments I came to, I can give 100 out of 100 points. Good day! I highly do not recommend this medical center. I received a poorly performed procedure for washing the lacunae of the tonsils. Instead of doing his job, the doctor reports that less than 5 procedures will not help. When paying for the procedure, it turns out that the doctor also conducted a consultation, which, firstly, was not warned at the time of recording, and secondly, it must be paid according to the price list of the medical center. As a result, instead of a well-executed procedure, you get a check 3 times more!!! It is worth thinking about the customer orientation and qualifications of specialists.

In mid-October, I visited the medical practice center to have an ultrasound of the shoulder joint performed by doctor Trofimov. The ultrasound was done illiterate, no serious illness was detected, and therefore for a whole month I had to examine everything else that could cause shoulder pain. It was only after repeated ultrasound at another center that the correct diagnosis was finally made. Both time and money have been lost. I do not recommend Trofimov as an incompetent and inexperienced specialist. And also a big question for the management of the clinic is whether they bear any responsibility for their doctors when they provide such services.
