She signed up for a planned 40 minutes, and her daughter for a children's appointment for 20 minutes, who is 11 years old. I wanted my daughter's first appointment to be with good, positive emotions, and so it happened, the daughter was embarrassed, shy, but everything went smoothly and smoothly, and this is very important in the first experience of examination by a gynecologist. We received all the necessary information about sex education, adolescent hygiene, what is the norm and what is not, how to act in a given situation. As a mother, I am very happy and glad, and most importantly, my daughter had a fear of a visit, and now she knows how important it is to monitor her health. But! There is no parking near the building where the medical center is located. You can call the phone number, and supposedly they should open it, I called, but I never got through. I drove in because another car was leaving. Getting out of the parking lot is the same quest! They gave me a phone number, you call-the barrier should open, but it doesn't open, I called 3 times! I came to the reception, they told me with a smart look that I should contact the guard, the guard, as a result, opened the barrier for me. It took me 30 minutes to get to the appointment and then leave. Keep this in mind if you visit this center.

I came to my time , as a result , I went into the office only after 10 minutes , there was no waiting area as such, there were two chairs and 4 people were still standing (in a narrow corridor near the 17th office). I did an ultrasound of the heart in this center, I do not advise it, it is better to go to another place. Not only was the doctor's attitude terrible, boorish, I had never seen this before!!! Plus, a terrible diagnosis was called into question, they did not provide a photo for all this, so that if anything happens in the future, they can contact a specialist with this problem. The diagnosis was not confirmed, but the ultrasound doctor assured her that her 20 years of experience would not let her make a mistake.

The center itself is nice and tidy, friendly staff. But what really spoiled the impression was waiting for a doctor's appointment. I was warned in advance that there would be a delay of about an hour. But, I've been sitting under the office for more than two hours!!! And this despite the fact that a mother and child were sitting next to each other, who behaved as if they were alone. I understand that all sorts of things happen, but, really, can't you warn in advance that the reception is so delayed? Or, come up with some bonuses for waiting? This is the first time. And, instead of the stated 150 rubles, they charged me 170! And, yes, I didn't like the doctor. I was very disappointed, exhausted and upset. I'm unlikely to come here again.
