I can't get a certificate of marital status for my own money.The registrar Anel calls me and asks if I am married or not. Do they want to write a certificate from my words?? What did I pay 1,150 tenge for then???? I received it through Egov 2 years ago.kz is free and there were no problems.. If you take money, then there should be a service!!! I also applied this year, but have not yet received my document...
