The service at the Tekstilshchik store is disgusting. We bought an air conditioner, after payment it turned out that the model was not available, they promised delivery the next day. We postponed everything today, we stopped by the store in the morning, the sellers said that the delivery would take 2 hours. By evening, no one had delivered anything, so I had to call and find out where the purchased item was. It turned out that the delivery service could not get through and left the air conditioner with an employee in the next entrance. Naturally, there were no apologies.
