I ordered a column through an online service. They called and said that she would go to the pick-up point for 9 days. It's a bit much, but okay, I'll wait. But they didn't leave the situation like that and offered me to throw options for other speakers and adjust the price to the one I was going to buy. Actually, they threw 5 speaker options and all of them were a little more expensive than the one I ordered. I chose the option that suited me, and a couple of days later I picked it up at the same price as I was supposed to pick up the first column. Thank you for not leaving me with a problem, you didn't tell me that pupup was drunk, your column is not there, goodbye. And that's how we got out of the situation, excellent customer orientation, thank you very much again!!
