I ordered a laptop in the app, they called 3 times over 3 days with a million clarifications, BUT the cherished date has come, there is no laptop in the store, it will be the next day, there is no sense in the store or by phone from operators/ managers, the existing chain of stores is meaningless, IMHO, the support service also does not provide any information, including the store also doesn't know anything, the service is not about this store at all, no one wants to solve the 100% problem caused by the store, no one is interested in helping you
