I made an order with delivery via the website, asked to bring it before 18:00. Said: "No problem." Great, I think everything is under control.
But when it came to real time, the swing started. It's already 18:00 on the nose, but no delivery, no call. After several attempts, I finally get through — they apologize, they promise to bring me before 19:00. Okay, I'm waiting.
And here is the most "funny" moment: the order was sent by Yandex Delivery, but with the wrong address! As a result, after quarreling with the courier, who had no idea where to go, the goods went back to the store. I've been trying to get through for an hour and a half, there's silence on Telegram. The service is simply amazing. I won't order anything else from them.

Ordered from the website mediapark.uz . And I made a very big mistake. I concluded for myself that they are absolute liars (I will describe below why).
When ordering a vacuum cleaner on the website, it was indicated that the steam cleaner will be automatically added and delivered along with the vacuum cleaner (there is a screenshot). But only the vacuum cleaner was delivered. Believing them, I threw away the vacuum cleaner box (otherwise I would have returned it immediately). They promised that a steam cleaner would also be delivered. But after talking to about 8 operators, I realized that they were only stalling and trying to cheat. They promise to settle it and call back, but they don't call back. Only today one of the operators admitted that they allegedly had an error on the site and that this action had ended a long time ago and that the goods would not be delivered. I.e., a media park scam. I regret that I ordered it. Very expensive. 4-5 days after the order, the price of this product decreased by 75 bucks. It is better to buy from the bazaar and try to use it first, and if you like it, then only then buy. And online, especially from the media park, which I advise deceivers not to buy.

Раньше был классный торгово развлекательный центр с рестораном и с магазином бытовой техники и всё для дома, обслуживающий персонал делал огромную работу чтобы все условия работали для клиентов! Но с приходом керрифура всё изменилось как и професиональный состав руководства и обслуживающего персонала! Желаю этому ТРЦ новых свежих проектов и идей! Пусть профессиональные кадры будут у руля чем родственные отношения.

Большой ассортимент, товары качественные, обслуга отличная кроме продавцов телефонов!! Поскольку 2 раза приобретая телефон за наличку мне приходилось ходить за продавцом и в обоих случаях я просто фоткал товар и ходил к кассе потом продавец удивлялся типо а чё вы ко мне не подошли. Но за товар отвечают насчёт этого не спорю поскольку я несколько приобретал разные товары и 1 раз бракованный вышел и мне его просто заменили на новый но это только если брак выйдет в течении 10 дней. Короче как базар отлично но как магазин для покупок в кредит не особо поскольку маржа 50-70% годовых на товар получается, подумайте хорошенько.

Большая территория магазина, хороший ассортимент от мелкой до крупной бытовой техники.
Из минусов: консультанты либо отсутствуют, либо не могут рассказать технические характеристики товаров. Не знают русского языка, что усложняет определение выбора.

Хотели купить там телевизор, но нам даже не дали протестировать его. Сказали пульт не можем дать, так как он упакован. Ассортимент так себе. Телевизоров текущего года выпуска не было. Компетентность продавца желает оставлять лучшего (конкретно по телевизорам). Хотя в других магазинах ситуация не лучше. Цены там относительно выше чем в других магазинах.

Цены немного завышены, чем на Малике. Но зато в прохладе. Выбор товаров не велик, альтернатив мало. В основном на полках товары для широкого круга потребителей. Мало чего то действительно хорошего, потому что это сразу будет дорого. Консультанты, откровенно говоря, очень слабые. сервис очень низкий.

Очень равнодушный персонал. И очень неудобная система оплаты товара - сначала надо, чтобы продавец в отделе завёл в систему вашу покупку, сообщил вам номер чека, чтобы вы, пройдя к кассе (а она с противоположной стороны большого торгового зала), назвали этот номер кассиру. Кассир найдет ваш чек по номеру и рассчитает вас. Глупость какая-то... Но продавцу вообще на вас по фиг... Может быть только мне не повезло...

Хороший магазин, консультанты вежливые, показывают, рассказывают все о товаре, в магазине были проблемы с оплатой, проблемы в самой их системе, то коды товара не сканировались, то товар пробивался не тот, но это мелочи, в целом впечатление хорошее
