I was at the reception on 12/30/23 at the therapist Krasnaya E. From 12/28 I was admitted to the hospital + I needed to take tests . My therapist was not on shift on 12/30 and I was booked into the doctor on duty at Krasnaya E.V. Besides listening to a lecture about Vitamin D. I didn't find out anything else. There was a question about the analysis, to which I was clearly answered, I do NOT know. I received a DISREGARD for my complaints. As a result, no treatment was prescribed . They listened and said to close the hospital . ( apparently I was not at her mercy ) .I went to put the seal on . And it was closed . They told me to come on other business days and put the seals on . How? If I 'm at work , I won 't have any free time . And I have to provide the document! I think I went to a paid clinic, and I'm paying money for it. The relationship of the doctor of the Red E. Is disgusting .

Now they can't send me an email... the question is, why did I pay? If I have to go to get the result of the analysis? If I knew that such an attitude was irresponsible, then of course I would not apply!

Terrible medical center. I came to an appointment with a neurologist, they looked at me, prescribed treatment, said that I needed to do an MRI. But the doctor could not find the referral on the computer. The next day I came to take tests (blood, urine). I stood in line for more than an hour. Conclusion: why pay such money if I had received the same treatment in my clinic +- and passed the tests faster.

Spots appeared on her hands, and she came to consult a dermatologist Koneva. She did not give any treatment. I wrote out a prescription for a bleaching agent to mask the consequences. She indicated that I would bring the ointment, one of the ingredients, myself. She didn't warn me about it. This ointment is not sold in Belarus, only in Russia, so it was impossible to make a remedy. I came again to rewrite the recipe, showed the tests that I passed. I received the answer "go to the therapist, I don't know what you have there." A dermatologist, a specialized doctor, does not know what I have there? She did not express a single hypothesis, did not give treatment, just prescribed a remedy to mask the consequences, and then with an error. Very disappointed. The medical center itself is uncomfortable, more like a state hospital. Parking is a big problem.

I don't recommend it.  There are also wonderful doctors at the center, such as cardiologist Lishankova, for example. Indeed, the doctor is from God and in his place! Pleasant, as if enveloping in her care. He will listen carefully, conduct a thorough examination, tell you everything in detail and explain everything. He looks at the problem in a voluminous and short way, beyond only his cardiological profile.

After 3 days, everything went away (there was severe keratoconjunctivitis). The building immediately has a pharmacy, enough space for waiting (comfortable sofas, TV). The queue at the reception is small and moves quickly. And yet — everything is EXACTLY ON TIME!!!! So, according to the profile of the organization - a clean 5⭐️! Yes, there is also a small mini-cafe — this is by the way!
