We attend swimming classes in the LRK with a 2.5-year-old child. Our coach is Inessa Pashina. We admire her professionalism, her ability to find an approach to children and lead to results. My child was initially afraid of water, now, after six months of classes, he swims with armbands with pleasure. Also, her unique methods of wellness classes with children contribute not only to improving physical condition, but also to the development and socialization of children. After a few lessons with Inessa, my child began to talk in phrases and strive to communicate with children. I would also like to add that Inessa trains more than one generation of children in our family) The eldest son studied with Inessa for 23 years, when he was not even a year old. Therefore, we trust her completely. We are sincerely grateful to this talented coach and are glad that there is an opportunity for classes with young children at the LRC.

A strange review by Ivan Vyazinsky! My child and I have been visiting the LRK swimming pool for 6 years now. Inessa Pashina was recommended to us as a high-quality coach in this place. So she didn't show up recently. I have never heard her insulting the children of other coaches while attending training sessions. And even more so that the parents of her charges would throw diapers on the sides, because it just doesn't make sense! No one takes them off during training, they are worn under the kids' swimming trunks. After training, the mom goes with the child to the shower, undresses him there, takes a shower herself, then everyone changes clothes. How did someone suddenly decide to take the diapers out of the locker room and put them on the side? This is at least strange for the mother of any coach. His parents may accidentally forget him in the shower. But as a rule, other parents immediately focus on this and they are removed. Sanitary standards are not observed by a specific coach. He instructs and monitors their execution. But the norm is respected and honey is maintained.the staff that monitors their compliance every hour. We chose this institution because there is a whole team of specialists working here who constantly monitor water quality and temperature conditions. The showers and changing rooms are cleaned every time after a group change, and the water on the floor is cleaned, as well as crumbs that can be dropped not only by children, but also by adults. And the team does it all quite professionally and in a highly organized manner and everywhere, including in the large pool. There are changing tables and a playpen for babies. Mom can be calm when she takes care of herself. There is always perfect order and cleanliness in the locker room and in other related rooms. I like everything about this place, from the lobby and the friendly receptionists to the equally friendly nurses! There's a separate conversation about Inessa. She is a very good specialist! I am grateful to her for her hard work and for her attitude to work! The variety of the training process, the creative approach to organizing workouts, matinees, tests, etc. The child is also happy. Well, I'm very happy with the results. One breath hold in 7 years is 112 seconds. Stay free on and off the water. She knows safety techniques and strictly adheres to them, which is also a separate merit of Inessa. At the age of 5, he dived to a depth of 2 meters to collect treasures, which surprised everyone around him. Changing shoes in the small hallway in front of the pool is also inconvenient, there is little space and there are no shelves or lockers for shoes, they are placed in three rows as best they can. The doors are wide open to the pool and the hallway. The electronic wristband is only for the turntable, not for closing lockers. I ask the administration to pay attention to this significant drawback, there are many inconveniences with leaving things and changing clothes.
