It's a complete mess when they want to cancel an appointment for which you sign up a week in advance, the doctor has gone on vacation or on sick leave, they should send you to another medical institution at least if they don't have a 2nd doctor on staff! I'm waiting for the manager! It's unclear what time the working day starts! The time is 9:23 a.m. the authorities are *delayed* apparently! The fish rots from the head-no wonder they say so!
